"Staff was helpful and friendly. Helped make reservations and suggested places to eat."

"Perfect stay. Super clean and whole hotel smells amazing. Only minor recommendations would be to have usb connections in room for charging (not just usb-c) and a few drawers/extra bathroom storage. But everything perfect"

"Great location and well equipped rooms. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful"

"The property itself is very well maintained! Most of the staff were incredible and very friendly, with the exception of one of the front desk staff who was dismissive. All 3 nights of our stay, there was outdoor construction happening on the top steps of metro station just outside our window commencing at 3 am - 5 am. This included the use of heavy machinery ( circular saw cutting stones and metal pipes) all night long. As a heavy sleeper, I think anyone sensitive to noise might want to...

"Location was fantastic, the room was clean and very well maintained. The bathroom was very spacious for the size of the room. Bed/bedding/pillows were all comfortable and clean. We overlooked the courtyard, and the room was very quiet. Hotel had additional security during active demonstrations, and the hotel had multiple secure checkpoints to get in and out of the hotel. Hotel had a lift/elevator, and the staff were all great and friendly. Check-In and Check-Out were seamless. Would...

Room is well heated with an in room thermostat. They had a carafe which could be refilled at the reception area. Breakfast was available for 25 Euros, but there are plenty of boulangeries close by and I preferred those instead. The small lift(elevator)can accommodate one person with a large case, which was ok. ...

"My friend and I chose Mom'Art Hotel for our 30th birthday celebration for a weekend in Paris and I can happily say we are 100% coming back here when we return. This is a family-run hotel that has exceptionally high standards for the customer experience and they delivered. From greeting us warmly with a super late-night check-in, quickly running upstairs to give us more shampoo, wishing us a lovely day of exploring, to welcoming us back in the evenings, and many laughs and conversations shared...

"I worked with Jade at the front desk and she was absolutely amazing. Courteous, warm and professional."
