"Brand new property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians. Value for money hotel. Only problem is that the food does not have ingredient content display in English, thus with staff knowing only Japanese, very difficult to just choose any food."

"It's a very nice affordable business or travelers hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is always delicious. They have a nice on-site onsen. And they have a fair amount of washers and dryers if you need to do laundry. It is my go-to hotel every year"

"The property is right on the beach and the rooms have a beautiful view. They have a nice hot bath for men and women. The food is amazing and the presentation of the food is also wonderful. Wonderful customer service. Be aware their English in this area of Japan is not the best."

"Hotel Isomura was a warm and welcoming place to stay! The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable Japanese-style inn rooms. The women's bath was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Kesennuma and this hotel!"
