"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"It is very clean. The appartment was spaciouse, clean, had a great view. The swimming pool was clean and good for swimming. We will definitely come back. The testaurant offered a lot of food options."
"The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate.
Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking.
On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails"
"The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, but the staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. The location is superb, with plenty of facilities and convenient parking. Outstanding value for money too, as our stay was very inexpensive. If you’re looking for something modern and stylish this may not be the place, but for value it’s hard to beat."
"Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities.
The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid.
The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts.
The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still.. The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services.
Kids (and adults) can enjoy the arcade and billiards rooms. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor lounging area. Generously stocked breakfast and lunch buffets. "
"False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!"
"5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅.
The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car.
Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! "
"
Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."
