Treat yourself to a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, in the heart of the Loire Valley. This fully renovated chalet, located in Rilly-sur-Loire, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by fields, while being close to the most beautiful castles and activities in the region. With its garden, covered terrace, and all modern comforts, the chalet can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodation: The chalet has two comfortable bedrooms: • One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) • One bedroom with two bunk beds (140 x 200 cm) The top bunk is recommended for children due to the ceiling height. The bathroom is located directly in one of the bedrooms, like a master suite. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, allowing for more convenient use for all guests. A small mezzanine converted into a play area also allows children to enjoy a dedicated space to play. A secure area at the rear of the chalet also allows for bicycle parking. Breakfast (extra charge) To start the day off right, we offer an extra breakfast, available upon request. Please specify this when booking or at least the day before, so that we can organize it in the best possible way. Breakfast can be delivered to the accommodation, so you can enjoy it peacefully during your stay. Composition: • 1 slice of cake • 2 rusks • Homemade jam • Butter • Yogurt Nature • Fruit or fruit juice • Coffee, tea, or milk Price: €8 per person Electric vehicle charging An electric car charging station is available on site. Charging is charged at €0.40 per kWh consumed (any kWh started is due). How it works: • A €50 credit card authorization is required before using the charging station • If consumption is less than €50, the difference is refunded • If consumption exceeds €50, a new payment will be required to continue charging • All electricity Unused water is refunded. This system allows for billing based on actual consumption, rather than a fixed rate. An eco-friendly approach. The chalet operates with a dual water system: • A tap with filtered well water, available in the kitchen and bathroom. This water is treated and filtered and can be used like bottled water for drinking, making coffee or tea, or cooking. • A second, clean, non-potable water system is used for other daily uses (showering, washing dishes, etc.). This system reduces the environmental impact while ensuring the comfort of guests.
