"Excellent amenities. Super clean Modern Trendy and the food at the cafe was the best. Prime location. excellent views from the balcony. There was a lot of miscommunication. We did let the front office now of some extensions in our reservation and they dismiss us saying they knew about it and that we didn't have to do anything. However 3 days later they called me in the middle of my heavy workload to tell me I had to move from rooms, Well that is exactly what i was trying to avoid. With that said, like most of Italy the customer service is curt and lacking hospitality. Overall it was a good stay"

"Great little hotel just off the main drag in Rimini. Bus stop was just around the corner. Reception staff were super helpful and even lent me an adapter plug when mine wasn't a good fit in their sockets. Thank you! As I was travelling solo I booked a single room. It was bright and had basic furnishings which were fine by me. There was also a little balcony which was lovely. The bathroom was small (narrow) but clean and had everything I needed, perfectly fine for my short stay. I had a lovely stay and would stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you."

"This hotel was absolutely lovely, brilliant location. Close enough to the beach but far enough away from the noise of bars and restaurants. The balcony was a lovely surprise as it was very spacious and had a drying rack on it. The staff were so friendly, smiles every time they saw you and very helpful when you asked them anything. Check in was incredibly simple. Room was very clean and spaced out well, the TV was a smart tv and had lots of channels in all languages. Would 100% stay here again. Pool wasn't the best, the toilet next to the pool didn't have running water so couldn't wash your hands. The space upstairs around the pool and the bartenders were lovely but pool jets didn't work or just didn't ever seem to be on when we went up. However, likely you'd go to the beach anyway. The beach club the hotel has a deal with is nice, not the best sunbeds but decent quality. This is no reflection on the hotel as you can go to other clubs but thought I would mention one of the waitresses at the restaurant was incredibly rude to us. Overall wonderful hotel."

"Arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy, towels changed every day if you want them to be. We had a sea view room with shutters on the windows. Road isn’t loud, peaceful nights sleep. Shower room Is big clean and nice. Plenty of mirrors and that’s usual for hotel rooms. Aircon in the room. Breakfast has plenty of options hot/cold sweet and savoury. Coffee machine with nice coffee. We didn’t use the bar but all drinks options are available Pool is small but nice area. Hotel location is good with bus available just outside."

"Wonderful iconic hotel with delightful service. The dinner on the terrace with entertainment is not to be missed. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotel stays: the one machine was broken all four days and it probably has been and will be. There are five dumbbells, two sets and an orphan. I know it’s Rimini, but for any hotel, let alone The Grand, this is unacceptable."

"Chambre propre, le staff aimable et à l’écoute, très bon petit déjeuner ! Le SPA nous n’avons pas eu vraiment le temps d’en profiter. En tout cas la vue depuis le toit où se trouve le SPA est époustouflante ! Notre chambre donnant en face de la mer je vous conseille de choisir avec vue sur la mer ! Très beau séjour même s’il était court. Seul bémol nous avons trouvé excessif le prix du parking pour une nuit : 25€ !!!"
