Es ist ein familien- und haustierfreundliches Hotel, mit gut eingerichteten Zimmern, (die Klimaanlage hat im Hochsommer bei 35°C schon zu kämpfen), großes Bad und kleinem Balkon, zwischen den beiden Kanälen gelegen und nur 200m bis zum Strand, direkt neben dem Jachthafen. Mit mehreren Restaurants und Snackbars in der Nähe und einem großen Park direkt hinter dem Hotel findet man immer Entspannung. Für Kinder ist in der Nähe auch ein Hüpfburg-Park, wem der Strand zum Auspowern nicht reicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr umfangreich, von Müsli bis Rührei mit Schinken, ist für jeden was dabei. Es werden auch täglich neue Kuchensorten angeboten. Der Pool ist direkt neben dem Hotel und wird täglich gesäubert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe und der Fußmarsch ins Zentrum dauert keine 15 min. Man kann auch direkt im Hotel Fahrräder ausleihen. Die Rezeption hilft einem auch bei Anfragen in Englisch weiter. Auch zum Riesenrad setzt man schnell mit der Fähre über (1,20€ p. P.). und genießt dann dort die Strandpromenade mit der Touristenfülle. Parken ist am Wochenende schwierig vorm Hotel. Da ist meist alles ziemlich voll von Kurzurlaubern. Auch der kleine Parkplatz direkt nebenan. Am besten versuchen einen Parkplatz direkt im Hotel zu bestellen, geht aber nur über E-Mail ans Hotel, nicht über Expedia selbst. Für uns (2E 2K), waren es zwei schöne, sehr warme und entspannte Wochen. Höhepunkt war der 3stündige Yachtausflug, kann ich nur empfehlen (25€ p. P.).

Ottima struttura

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione per frequentare i bagni al lido di san Giuliano o per usufruire dei servizi del porto di Rimini. I punti di eccellenza della struttura sono 2: la piscina e l’eccellente colazione composta da ottimi prodotti casalinghi dolci e salati.

We visited in July 2020 for 1 week (family of 3), and were really impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect (2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the main strip, 20 to the old town, also 15-20 minutes from train station). There is also a Conad at the end of the road and an amazing ice cream place just left down the beach (5 mins). The staff were brilliant and really friendly! We were given lots of information on things to do/see on arrival and the staff couldn't do enough for us through our stay. Breakfast was lovely and there was lots of choice...fruit/yoghurt/pastries/hot products and also tea/coffee/juice etc. Each time a new item was added one of the staff members would come around the tables offering tasters which was a lovely touch. The pool area was nice and always really clean, as was the overall hotel - spotless. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard and we felt really safe (with Covid). Overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, excellent value for money, great location and really clean and lovely friendly staff to top if off.

L'hotel è molto bello, ben tenuto. La pulizia è un punto forte: piscina pulita, camera pulita, sopratutto il bagno, spazi comuni e esterni curati e puliti. Colazione molto buona. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi vuole dormire senza schiamazzi, musica, feste e altro: in zona residenziale di Rimini, vicino al porto. Inoltre lo staff è estremamente gentile e disponibile! Hübsches kleines Hotel

Das Hotel ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber dafür sehr freundlich geführt. An der Rezeption wird man freundlich begrüßt und auch bei Fragen wird schnell reagiert. Man bekommt sogar eine freundliche Erklärung zur Stadt...also Wegbeschreibungungen, Tipps wo etwas ist und wie man dort am besten hin kommt. Im Hotel wird zwar kein deutsch gesprochen, dafür aber sehr gut englisch. Das Zimmer war sehr gut klimatisiert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hotelpool. Der Pool ist zwar nicht mehr der neuste, aber vollkommen ok für uns gewesen, weil wir eh nur zum Strand gehen wollten und der Strand war zu Fuß nicht all zu weit zu erreichen.
