L’hotel Como ha perso la nostra prenotazione tra le sue mail ... e c ha riprotetti su altra struttura dicesi hotel Villa panda ... struttura fatiscente in pessime condizioni e con recensioni orribili, ha concluso il soggiorno d una notte da incubo la camera fronte binari del treno!!! Pronta a chiedere risarcimento

Ho prenotato in questo hotel solo perché costava poco, ma come si dice: “come spendi, mangi”!! La prossima volta non capiterò più lì!! Il personale che lavora la notte non sapeva del mio arrivo, non sapeva che potevo portare via la colazione (che ho pagato extra) e che alla fine non ho nemmeno più preso. Pulizia della camera è uguale alla pulizia di una camera di universitari per non parlare della doccia fantasma!! Non consiglio a nessuno!! Meglio una capanna!!!

Hotel molto datato...pulito...nella prenotazione avevo incluso la colazione ma all'arrivo mi dicono che era un bag del sistema è che andava pagata a parte.... l'ho provata... deludente bevande liofilizzate pessime.... In compenso personale cordiale e gentile... avevo un problema di acqua nel bagno che hanno risolto tutto.... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... almeno con l'offerta che l'ho preso io

Esiste di meglio in riviera

Nella presentazione dell'hotel c'era scritto che il servizio wi-fi e la colazione erano gratis invece il wi-fi nelle camere non era presente e la colazione secondo la reception non era inclusa nel prezzo ma si doveva pagare come supplemento. Tra l'altro la ricca colazione pubblicizzata sul sito consisteva in un croissant sfornato almeno due giorni prima. Personale poco cortese.
