Personale cordiale, è stato un piacere pernottare in questo hotel. Vicino alla spiaggia (ad un buon prezzo convenzionato) ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico NEO lo stato dell’edificio che dovrebbe subire una piccola ristrutturazione e i servizi con una doccia senza box. Le lenzuola erano molto pulite ma il copriletto presentava delle macchie. Ottima colazione a buffet con brioche vegane e prodotti caserecci. Posto auto gratuito e reception operativa 24h su 24. Altro punto di forza sono state le cameriere che non sono passate troppo presto per il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani (mi è capitato il contrario) e che quindi hanno permesso di riposare anche oltre il solito orario di partenza per il mare con tranquillità. Insomma per il prezzo pagato non ci si può di certo lamentare calcolando il periodo!

Allora, partiamo dalle cose positive: il parcheggio, e la ragazza alla reception . Fine Titolare maleducato,appena entrati, neanche ci ha salutati, e ci ha chiesto subito la tassa di soggiorno, senza rilasciare la ricevuta, risponde come solo lui sa fare, l’hotel oltre a essere obsoleto, ha i muri scrostati,, il bagno indecente, rubinetti arrugginiti, porte ancora di 50 anni fa, come anche le finestre, legno marcio, colazione strutturata così: jogurt appoggiati così sul tavolo, senza mantenere la catena del freddo, anche il burro nella stessa condizione, macchie sulle tovaglie, non vengono cambiate regolarmente, ma girate, se dovete passare una notte per emergenza ok, altrimenti girate alla larga, perché il proprietario ha sempre ragione lui, gli ho fatto noterà lo stato della camera, la sua risposta è stata che le camere vengono assegnate in base a quanto uno paga, peccato che sul sito , non ci sia scelta, e che le camere sono tutte uguali, ma lui deve avere l’ultima parola. Evitatelo se potete.

Sufficiente in generale.

Grave disguido al check-in che ha comportato circa una mezzora di perdita di tempo. Da migliorare l'accoglienza all'arrivo. Abbastanza buona l'ampiezza della camera tripla, molto meno il bagno. La pulizia in generale era sufficiente ad eccezione del pavimento del bagno, che avrebbe potuto facilmente migliorare con un lavaggio quotidiano, necessario per l'assenza del piatto doccia. Colazione ben curata con presenza di dolci prodotti dalla cucina e caffè reale non surrogato, ma erano presenti anche dolci di fattura industriale.

Senza infamia e senza lode

L'albergo si trova ai ottima posizione rispetto al mare, il parcheggio gratuito indicato è limitato a pochissimi posti (io non ho avuto problemi ma in caso di grande affluenza sicuramente non può essere garantito a tutta la clientela. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, peccato per il bagno di dimensioni minime e senza box doccia. La colazione essenziale, senza grande varietà (particolare il succo di arancia gassato….non proprio ideale per una prima colazione). L'accoglienza è stata piuttosto fredda e frettolosa, non in linea con gli standard della Riviera, senza fornire alcuna informazione riguardo eventuali servizi supplementari o indicazioni utili al turista. In conclusione hotel pulito discreto rapporto qualità servizi, ma non ci tornerei.

Hotel senza pretese

Hotel demodè ma con tutto il necessario per pernottare in serenità. Se l’on si trova a 45€ a notte per una doppia non prenotarlo, se non si hanno particolari pretese, sarebbe un peccato. Colazione non abbondante ma con prodotti fatti in casa, pulizia buona. Peccato che il secondo giorno non sia stata rifatta la camera.

Gute Lage, aber das Hotelzimmer war eine Zumutung

Die Lage war ok. 200m vom Strand entfernt. Bei Nr. 52 bekommt man als Hotelgast ermäßigten Eintritt (wir hatten 5 Tage für 50 Euro ausgehandelt). Strandpromenade und Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Wer für seinen Urlaub einen sauberen Rückzugsort zum Wohlfühlen sucht, ist in dem Hotel falsch. Die Zimmereinrichtung und vor allen das Badezimmer stammt offenbar aus den 60er Jahren. Die Reinigungskraft hat lediglich täglich den Schlafzimmerboden gereinigt und die Betten gemacht. Sie hat nach der Zimmerreinigung stets die Balkontür offen gelassen, sodass Fremde hätten einsteigen können. Im Badezimmer fanden wir an fast allen Abenden denselben Schmutz vor wie am Morgen. Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Die verchromten Teile des Bidets waren bereits grün angelaufen und nach wenigen Minuten Duschen hatte man eine Überschwemmung im Bad. An einem Tag kam das Wasser auch durch den Türschlitz ins Schlafzimmer gelaufen. Duschen ohne Badeschlappen nicht möglich. Es gab kaum Ablagefläche im Bad. Der Zustand des Badezimmers erklärt den unangenehmen Geruch im gesamten Hotelzimmer. Frühstück war ok. Fast niemand der Mitarbeiter spricht englisch, sodass die Verständigung manchmal ein Problem war. Das Personal war dennoch insgesamt freundlich. Es gab keine vernünftige Möglichkeit, sein Bargeld bzw. seine Wertgegenstände sicher unterzubringen. WLAN funktionierte nur sporadisch. Der Preis war günstig, aber dennoch sollte man so etwas seinen Gästen nicht zumuten. Wir waren enttäuscht!!

Billigt och bra läge, aningens trött

Litet hotell nära strand och restauranger, ca 20 min promenad till stationen vilket var bra. Tyvärr var rummen lyhörda och kändes "trötta", var tex inte ordentligt städade och duschen saknade draperi. Även frukosten kändes trött. Däremot var personalen trevlig och håller öppet med nattvakt hela natten eftersom man lämnar in nyckeln i receptionen innan man går ut. Engelskan gick sådär, de ville inte kommunicera via telefon men funkade när vi väl kom fram.

Gute Lage

Hotel ist nicht mehr das neuste. Zimmer demzufolge auch. Leichte Schimmelspuren in den Ecken im Bad. Bad ist sehr klein. Gibt keine Duschkabine sondern Duschkopf ist direkt gegenüber der Toilette. Balkon ist vorhanden aber sehr klein. Ansonsten wurde aber jeden Tag alles geputzt von der Putzfrau. Frühstückbuffet gibt es jeden Morgen mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl. Außer die Brötchen sind nicht das was man aus Deutschland kennt. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber perfekt. Alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Promenade in 2 Gehminuten und Strand in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Strände sind zwar alle privat aber dafür sehr gepflegt. Alles im allem war das Preisleistungsverhältnis völlig okay und wäre auch weiterzuempfehlen an Leute den ein einfaches Zimmer reicht, wenn nicht die leichten Schimmelspuren in den Ecken vom Bad wären. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario dell' hotel che si è reso subito disponibile. Ci ha riservato un posto nel parcheggio e ci ha dato indicazioni sulla spiaggia convenzionata con l'hotel . Camera spaziosa e dotata di climatizzatore. Siamo stati solo una notte. La colazione servita nell'hall è variegata e ci sono torte buonissime realizzate dal proprietario dell'hotel. Esperienza positiva.
