Lugnt och stilla när säsongen är slut.

Vi kom till Rimini när säsongen tog slut så det var väldigt lugnt och stilla. Då vi anlände mycket sent på kvällen fick vi hämta nycklarna på ett annat hotell, men det funkade ganska bra. Rummet var helt okej men köksutrustningen var väl lite si och så.

arrivo sabato ore 17, ripartenza domenica ora 17. Massima disponibilità dei titolari, che avrebbero acconsentito a farci rimanere anche oltre l'orario previsto per il check-out (le 10.00). Utilissimo il parcheggio giornaliero euro 10, soprattutto se si ha una monovolume di 5 metri e 3 bambini - tra i quali un neonato. Posizione veramente fronte mare!

Hej, vi bodde i lägenhet/rum 14. Lägenheten/rummet var bra med 2 rum o kök. Bäddsoffan i köket var även den bäddad. Väldigt lyhört dock. Vi vaknade när telefonerna började ringa och att det samtalades ganska högljutt i receptionen. Receptionen öppnar kl 08. Upplevde att det blev bättre när jag efter andra dagen sa till personalen att vara lite tystare. Köket saknar/saknade kockkniv, diskpropp, diskborste, disktrasa, diskmedel, vattenkokare. Poolen hade lite smutsig botten, men hade en behaglig temperatur när det var så varmt ute. Poolen är inte så stor och ligger under större delen av dagen i skugga. Stranden nedanför hotellet är mycket bra. Närhet till busshållplats in till Rimini, mataffärer, bankomat mm

Appartment close to the beach

Leilighet nær strand og hovedgate. Kort vei til buss. Hyggelige ansasatte i resepsjonen, men de jobber kun på dagtid. Vi måtte hente nøkkel til leiligheten på et annet hotell 1,5 km unna (på grunn av sen ankomst), men det gikk greit. Leiliheheten var slitt, trenger oppgradering. Ingen renhold og skifte av verken håndklær eller sengetøy i løpet sv oppholdet. Vi var der i 12 netter. Det var tilgang på vaskeri/ vaskemaskin på hotellet, men det trodde jeg var til egne klær - ikke hotellets håndklær og sengetøy. Bassenget var veldig lite og veldig kaldt. Jeg ba før ankomst om å få bo i en høyere etasje, og vi fikk en leilighet ned sjøutsikt og kveldssol. Helt topp. På verandaen var det et tørkestativ, en gamnel stol og et bord som ikke var stødig, Veranda var møkkete kg mye sand på gulvet ved ankomst. Vi hadde en ettroms leilighet med sovesofa, kjøkken, TV og et bord i samme rom. Måtte slå opp sovesofa for å kunne bevege seg på gulvet. Jeg har bodd på flere 3-stjerners hotell-leiligheter tidlige hvor standard har vært mye høyere Jeg gir dette hotellet 2 stjerner på grunn av liten plass, dårlig standard og ingen renhold.

Bello, ma un po' sporco

Il residence tutto sommato è carino, abbastanza confortevole e con un gradevole terrazzino dal quale si vede il mare. Il personale è stato cordiale, ma la pulizia della camera non è il massimo. Abbiamo trovato tutti i mobili e i letti pieni di polvere, non venivano spolverati da almeno una settimana! La colazione non è inclusa, il parcheggio è a pagamento (10 euro in più) e anche se avete un cane bisogna pagare un supplemento.

Siamo stati al Beach paradise di Viserba e veramente siamo stati benissimo personale squisito e premuroso,molto competente e gentilissimo, vicino al mare e con vista bellissima, davanti vi è uno stabilimento balneare,il n. 39, gestito altrettanto bene, in convenzione e molto curato, siamo stati in un bilocale molto carino ed attrezzato di tutto, perfetta location, insomma da ritornarci senz'altro!

Splendido weekend

weekend splendido tra parchi della zona e per hotel. Bellissima camera a 2 metri dal mare, ottimo per fare shopping o semplicemente una passeggiata. Ristoranti situati nelle vicinanze.

Algemene Bewertun von mir aus war nur 2.5

Hotel ist einfach , Für Familien ist schon Okay aber zusätzlichen Geld verlangen für Parkplatz hat mir gar nichts gefallen ,es war mit den Preisen inklusive dabei. Für Sauberkeit Schlächter zu stand war im 5 Tagen gar kein Service . Wenn so das gehandelt wurde nie malz wieder gehen. Swimmingpool war nicht sauber 2 tage lang immer am 16 00 geschlossen

Salve praticamente quando sono arrivato le dato che sono arrivato tardi intorno alle 21:30 le chiavi li ho ritirato in un hotel arrivati nel residence mi accorgo che non era quello ma un altro chiama Algarve comunque vicino all hotel una delusione totale la piscina non c'era e comunque sono andato via un giorno prima il tipo che mi ha chiamato non si è fatto mai trovare e neanche rispondeva al cell

Strandnära lägenhetshotell

Trevligt område men tyvärr väldigt få restauranger. B&B tvärs över gatan är dock en enkel men helt okej restaurang. Eftersom det knappt finns några alternativ inom gångavstånd gör man bäst i att laga egen mat eller vara beredd på att transportera sig. Det kan vara så att andra hotell har helpension och att det därför inte finns någon marknad för restauranger. Turisterna, åtminstone i augusti när vi var där, är till största delen italienare. Nordbor är svårt att finna. Trafiken utanför är lite störande men det är avstängt för motorfordon 20:30 till midnatt varje kväll. Hotellet har ingen egen strand men man har som boende rabatt på solstolar o.d. på strand 39 mitt emot. Det finns även en lite remsa gratisstrand som går utmärkt att lägga badlakanet på. Stranden och vattnet är väldigt barnvänligt och det går även bra att gå eller jogga längs stranden.

Appartamento bellissimo, ben corredato di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata,Wi-Fi, televisione, accessori per la cucina), è bellissimo il residence, c'è la piscina, l'idromassaggio.

Appartamento bello e molto spazioso, attrezzato, terrazza enorme con sdraie e caminetto, vista mare, staff disponibile, tutto molto bene!! posizione buona per visitare anche il primo entroterra che è veramente ricco di cose da scoprire. speriamo di tornare ancora!

Ho soggiornato per tre notti con la famiglia, l' ubicazione della camera al piano terra si è dimostrata molto rumorosa. I locali sono spaziosi e l' appartamento è anche carino. Non manca nulla
