Posizione ottimale, terrazzo fantastico, il pavimento non era particolarmente pulito, ma nel complesso siamo soddisfatti. In bassa stagione servizio di reception segue orari limitati, ma non ha costituito un grosso problema.

Mai piu'!!!

Vetri sporchi, buco nel muro vicino interruttore bagno, box doccia rotto, vaschetta scarico wc che si blocca sempre poi quando prenoti non e' chiaro come funzione per il parcheggio che se non ti danno il pass ti costa 20€ al giorno insomma per me prima ed ultima esperienza in Residence e quant'altro molto meglio trovare appartamento con privati.

Buon residence, molto centrale e comodo peccato che non abbia parcheggio. Comunque si trova nelle parallele posteriori.

Personale cordiale e disponibile, struttura in buona posizione. La nostra stanza era vista mare. Purtroppo, nella presentazione del Residence, non c'erano informazioni sull'uso della cucina a pagamento se non si soggiornava più di 3 giorni. Manca la possibilità di parcheggiare se non nei dintorni (se fortunati) oppure strisce blu. Gli igienici erano vecchi ma puliti.

Residence semplice con vista mare

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura nel mese di gennaio a causa di una fiera a cui partecipavo. Ho trovato tutti i comfort che si trovano in piena stagione, personale disponibile e presente. Pulizia molto elevata bellissima la vista del mare. Consigliabole per. Chi ha bimbi.

Здравствуйте. Был с 7по17июня2017. Отель в челом хороший. Администраторы дружелюбные.отзывчивые. Но русский язык не знают вообще. Из больших минусов пляж. Пляж рядом но платный 10евро два шезлонга. 25евро с зонтом. У моря можно только стоять и ходить. Лежать на своём полотенце нельзя за этим следят. Отель находится в районе 50 пляжа а бесплатный пляж либо 1 либо 100. Пешком около двух километров. Но есть в отеле бесплатные велосипеды. В отеле есть посуда но нет ни чайника ни сковородки. Напомню что администраторы знают почти все языки кроме русского. И соответственно получить информацию можно на всех языках кроме русского.

отличное место для семейного отдыха на море

сам отель выглядит неброско, но аккуратно, от моря вторая линия. Очень приятный русскоязычный ресепшн, Тамара и Ольга обязательно помогут и подскажут. Важно, что в стоимость проживания входят места на пляже и лежаки с зонтиками. Есть бесплатные велосипеды, которые как нельзя кстати в самом велосипедном городе Италии) на них очень удобно ездить в исторический центр на рыбный рынок или на шопинг. Номер аккуратный и достаточно просторный, важный плюс наличие маленькой кухни, очень приятно готовить из свежих продуктов с базарчика/ кухня бесплатна для тех кто берет номер на более 2-3 дней. из минусов можно отметить маленький балкон, где можно только стоять

Apartment suite near beach

Was nice having a kitchenette. The air conditioning could have been better. It kept the rooms cool, but it had no temperature control, so it was either always on or it was off. It would get too cold after a few hours. Other than that inconvenience (and I consider it minor), it was a pleasant stay.

fun, but loud, this is a party place, not clean!

Hotel is ok-ish. Good location for a party, but then where is it NOT a good location for a party in Rimini. Forget parking a car, and forget sleeping, this is a party place. It's quiet between 5am and 7am, that's about it. Bathroom, and shower was a disgrace! You needed a biohazard suit to take a shower really, it's was horrific. WIFI does not work, full stop.

Residence vicino al mare e ai vari negozi. Ha la fermata del bus davanti all'entrata e risulta molto comodo per muoversi. La camera ha tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare in casa per non spendere nei ristoranti vicini. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Internet gratuito in tutto il residence.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam na 5.Położenie blisko morza,przy głównej ulicy ze sklepami i restauracjami .Obsługa hotelu bardzo życzliwa i pomocna przez cały czas pobytu. Apartament czysty ,balkon z widokiem na morze ,aneks kuchenny bardzo dobrze wyposażony .

Останавливались в 2-х местных апартаментах, размер комнаты 3 на 3. Кухонка встроена в стену в той же комнате. В номере было чисто, но уборку не делают, приходится убираться самим. Раз в 3 дня меняют полотенца, раз в неделю постельное белье. До центра 15 минут пешком, рядом есть супермаркет и огромное количество ресторанов и кафе. Нет ни русских, ни английских каналов.
