Slit leilighet med kort avstand til stranda

Leilighet med slitasje. Kjøkkenutstyr ikke-eksisterende. Balkong er en fransk balkong med nabohus 2 meter unna. Hyggelige ansatte. Kort vei til stranda.

Демократичный вариант в отличном месте

Отель очень удобно расположен относительно ж/д станции, аэропорта, пешеходной улицы и т.д. Находится на второй линии, так что вида на море можно не ждать. Номер был очень уставшим, старый холодильник, диван потрескавшийся, кухонный гарнитур начинает разваливаться, по углам уже кое что отваливается, на газовой плите не работала "искра", хотя она выглядит новой. Ещё из минусов: нет чайника, микроволновки/духовки, нет полотенца на кухне, нет крышек для кастрюли/сковороды, моющего средства, соли, чая, масла, даже мусорное ведро всего одно на весь номер и то без пакета - совсем все пусто. Из хорошего: свежий ремонт в спальне, новая мебель, хороший матрас и подушки, 2 балкона в номере, 2 кондиционера, 2 телевизора исправно работают, душ, туалет, биде, стабильная горячая вода, много посуды: тарелок, чашек и т.д. В ресторане на 1 этаже хозяин сделал скидку на ужин, кстати по отзывам и по собственному впечатлению очень достойное место. На пляж никаких скидок не предложили, но по запросу дали 2 полотенца. Цена стандартная на ближайшем пляже, лежаки новые, зонты новые, вход в море очень пологий и долгий, дети плещутся - родители спокойны, вода чистая, песок тоже, мусора никакого нет, иногда встречаются водоросли.

Non c’è reception presidiata bisogna chiamare un numero. Non è un 3stelle. Condizionatore che va acceso salendo su una scala. Vista angusta su mini vicolo. Bella la hall di ingresso e l’ascensore. Proprietà disponibile e cordiale. A due passi dalla spiaggia.

Attico al 3º piano con ampio terrazzo dotato di stendi biancheria, cucina dotata del minimo necessario per cucinare in autonomia. Doccia scomoda dotata solo di tenda che fa da divisorio dai sanitari con fuoriuscita di acqua nella stanza e mancanza di un tappeto in bagno. Poca carta igienica (1 rotolo per 4 persone per 2 notti è un po’ poco..) Personale assente a tutte le ore, se si ha la necessità si deve telefonare. Mancanza di tv in camera e mancanza di abat-jour. Buona posizione vicino al mare e al viale principale.

grazioso residence a due passi dal mare

Il direttore, come da accordi presi prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha consegnato l'appartamento alle ore 12.00 anziché alle 16.00. Gli avevo chiesto questa cortesia, se possibile, in quanto viaggiamo con una bimba di 1 anno. L'appartamento assegnato era spazioso e confortevole, con tanti asciugamani puliti considerando che ci fermavamo soltanto per due notti. il bagno grande compresa la doccia a muro che si chiudeva perfettamente (cosa sicuramente non scontata negli hotel) Unico neo della camera era quello di non avere il balcone che potrebbe essere un problema se si soggiorna per una settimana o più. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.
