Loved this place!! Very modern and clean. Cool setup- like a mix of a hotel /vrbo with plenty of common spaces to relax, work, etc. Annalise the host is wonderful too!!! Very friendly, took time to settle me in and give recommendations. Awesome place!

The owner was very kind. She picked me up at the station, let me stay at the hotel until the train, and was flexible in her response. The hotel was very clean and the amenities, food and drinks provided were excellent.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay with Annalisa. The room was very clean and neat, air condition was welcomed and the common areas were well equipped. The location is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants and within walking distance from the old town. Annalisa is the perfect host, always smiling, asking if we needed anything and she even drove us to the train station. I can really recommend Zuara9Rooms ☺️

This is a beautiful property with lots of nice touches like a shared kitchen with coffee, fruit and sweets. My room and bathroom were spacious and clean - I got an upgrade as was out of season. Near the beach and not too far to walk into the old town. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe that has great croissants! I was also able to work from the room with good wifi and a desk.

Great B&B

Annalisa was a wonderful host. Catered to every request. Walked us to restaurant where we had free breakfast. Fresh fruit, ice, coffee, fridge space in common area, access to full kitchen. Highly recommend this B&B. Centrally located. Walk to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. But the best part was Annalisa and her wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

非常に快適の一言。オーナーの女性のホスピタリティーがすばらしい。施設は新しく、全てクリーン。自由に食べられるフルーツが共用の部屋においてあり、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシーンなどがキッチンにある。朝食は徒歩１分のカフェに行くがそこもなかなか良かった。リミニ駅から歩くと15分以上かかるが、駅からのトロリーバスを使えば１駅目でそこからの徒歩時間は５分程度。海岸までも200メートルぐらい。選んで損はありません。

Ottima posizione della struttura poiché vicina al mare e al centro ma in una via tranquilla. Ristrutturazione recentissima; livello della pulizia degna di un 5 stelle! Annalisa padrona di casa eccezionale che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Da tenere in assoluta considerazione per visitare Rimini e dintorni.

Un grazie di cuore per la disponibilità l accoglienza e ogni confort ricevuto. Un posto bellissimo per trascorrere giornate al mare vicino al mare ed al conad ai dispone di parcheggio. Nella struttura vi è una sala benessere in comunione una cucina con ogni confort e delle camere bellissime e comode. Pulizia ottima. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Annalisa per la disponibilità di tutto ciò che uno possa aver bisogno . Lo consiglio a tutti sicuramente sarà la mia struttura preferita per i prossimi viaggi .
