Stayed here one night before our flight. Good price for so-so hotel, especially the bathroom was really not clean. The location is terrible and dangerous, full of homeles people in the streets, for sure mot a place to spend holiday. But for overnight connection is OK

We booked this hotel for a quick layover. The walk to the hotel is very sketchy and you feel unsafe. They are hundreds of homeless people outside. There are not towels in the rooms and after walking back down to the reception the staff was very annoyed by us asking for a towel ?! The room is not very clean or nice.

We asked for a high up room...got 3rd floor. Only one towel for 2 guests, so we had to ring reception but we had to go down to sort it out after just arriving. They shut down the entry card, so we were locked out of our room, again we had to go to reception to sort it out! Bathroom ran out of gel in the shower, so not checked or refilled. I normally scrimp on hotels, (We got a room in Sao Paulo, breakfast and room service for 4 nights for half of what we paid for Ibis 2 nights!!) This time paid for a rubbish service at the Ibis...not again ever.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, no entanto o quarto estava sujo, a roupa de cama tinha areia na cama, acredito que o hóspede anterior veio da praia e deitou na cama todo sujo, fora que tinha manchas e estava muito amassado e encardido, enfim, os lençóis estavam imundos! Fui na recepção, relatei o problem e peguei lençóis limpos que estavam passados e brancos . Era visível que meu quarto não tinha sido limpo. Joguei desodorante no colchão e nos travesseiros e troquei a roupa de cama. Fiquei impressionada com essa situação lamentável visto que a estrutura do hotel é boa.
