Miscommunication with cleaning crew. Bath towel ripped when using it. Room ley frequently didn’t work and when it dis, I had a hard time opening the door. I was told to raise the doorknob before opening it. Other that that, ai would rate this hotel a 3.5. Spend your money at Windsor Barra or Oceânico. Not at Windsor Tower. I would not stay at this property in the future, unless the price is right for the value.

El hotel es hermoso, con una pileta y una terraza increíbles. La atención es excelente: todo el personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Nosotros pagamos el desayuno y valió totalmente la pena: muy completo, con muchísimas opciones y todo riquísimo. La ubicación también es excelente, a solo una cuadra de la playa, que es preciosa, y rodeada de varios lugares para comer. La habitacion no es muy grande pero la cama es enorme y super comoda. Todo esta muy limpio y prolijo. Lo único negativo es que el hotel es bastante ruidoso. Desde la habitación se escuchan mucho las voces de otras personas y el ruido en los pasillos, especialmente a la mañana, cuando el personal de limpieza conversa. Fuera de eso, la estadía fue muy buena. La ubicación, las vistas y las instalaciones realmente hacen que valga la pena.

Hotel excepcional.

A rede de hotéis Windsor na Barra da Tijuca é excelente. Desta vez fiquei no Windsor Tower e, como sempre, impecável no atendimento, na higiene dos quartos e áreas comuns, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, ducha com alta pressão. O buffet do café da manhã é farto e variado. Recomendo o hotel com segurança e, sempre que vou ao Rio, opto por um dos Windsor localizados na Barra da Tijuca.
