Staff went way beyond my expectations and friendliness. Attentive and catered to all my special needs. UBER pickup at the door. Advanced security checks for admissions after a certain time. A great breakfast awaited us each morning. Great selection.

Fantastic location - prime Ipanema and close to the beach. Friendly employees at the front desk. Good (complimentary!) breakfast. The rooms aren’t the nicest rooms ever, but they are totally fine, they have AC, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily and were very friendly. Overall good value ...
