"Rooms were very clean. Most staff members were very nice, there were just a couple of staff members that were a little rude. Overall it was a great stay. Restaurant needs to improve their menu. They were out of more than half of their menu items."

"The location is amazing, each room has a view of the volcano. However, this means the one window receives direct sunlight most of the day, and with just one small part of the window actually able to be opened, it gets very hot in the room. We also could not leave this window open at night due to the bonfire lit right outside. And there is no fan. So we had a miserable night’s sleep. Again, the location made it worth it, but I’m glad we only stayed one night. "

"Located in a quiet corner of town, this hotel offers secure gated parking just half a block away. While the bathroom sink has only cold water, the shower provides hot water with excellent pressure. Great coffee and sweet bread is available from 8:30–10:30am. Despite cold, 50°F nights making the bed chilly initially, the bedding is very comfortable once warmed up. From our room on the second floor you get a wake up call from the crowing roosters."

También las instalaciones deberían de tener mejor mantenimiento: las llaves del baño no funcionan bien , le dabas vuelta a la manija y giraba toda la llave, también solo 1 de 4 connection de electricidad funcionaba y los empleados sabían de esto. Un comentario para los managers uno busca cargar sus celulares y aparatos electrónicos eso es una cosa esencial. Me quedé hay por estar cerca a los lugares que necesitaba visitar pero no hubo mucho comodidad. "
