Good property for families, nice room for 6 people. Breakfast good. Good transportation to park. Only issue with front desk, very slow progress and very little information provided. Very low customer service, if you get over issues at check-in and check-out, the hotel will work for you

Hotel is nice, but kid of outdated. Delicious food. The service is very good. One issue is I Never got to talk to the front desk from the room, nobody answer. In general good experience.

Excellent service and very clean. The only downside is how the room numbers were setup. They don’t match the floor you’re in. Other than that everything g was great! Great breakfast and dinner.

Lovely trip with a bad ending

We had a great time but left with a wicked stomach bug. Both my kids had to go to the hospital and get an IV. Perhaps they should monitor and request that families with sick children isolate as to avoid contamination and have their staff serve the food instead of buffet style, where everyone is talking and sneezing on top of the food. Thank you

localização boa, transfers para os parques funcionam muito bem. recomendo e voltaria, porém apenas alguns pontos para melhoria: - o quarto estava limpo, porém quando chegamos estava faltando toalhas e cobertores. resolvido assim que acionado governança. - por 2 dias tivemos problema com a agua quente do chuveiro, ambas vezes foram resolvidas após contato com a manutenção (com algum tempo de espera). - o corredor dos quartos estava com um mal cheiro (cheiro de urina) durante toda a estadia. - café da manhã e jantar muito bem servidos, porém a depender do horário o ambiente fica muito cheio e com mesas bem apertadas. - tem 1 único elevador para os quartos, o que gera um certo congestionamento em momentos de pico

Todos os funcionários super educados e prestativos, boa variedade de café da manhã e janta, quartos limpos, hotel humilde para um resort porém com áreas bonitas, comercio perto a preço acessível. No geral a experiência foi muito boa e vamos voltar para aproveitar melhor o Parque das fontes, pois em alta temporada fica muito cheio, mas o Hot Park conseguimos aproveitar bastante em 1 dia. Os brinquedos que mais demoram na fila são os Turbilhados e Xpirados, mas é um tempo aceitável pela emoção.

Hotel mal conservado, mobiliário, roupa de cama e toalhas desgastadas. Não fazem limpeza nos quartos todos os dias, e cobram por toalha para uso na piscina. Café da manhã e jantar com bastante variedade mas não tão saboroso e sempre muito cheios. Transporte para os parques eficiente e equipe prestativa. Mas no geral não vale o valor pago.

Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, quarto limpo porém não houve arrumação no quarto conforme solicitado. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, e a cascata de água que vai para a piscina estava desligada e aparentemente inativa. A recepcionista Sara foi maravilhosa.

Propriedade antiga, já com alguns problemas no piso, paredes e acabamentos. Camas velhas, mas razoáveis. Agora o café da manhã e o jantar são uma verdadeira "aventura na selva": desde conseguir uma mesa vazia, até mesmo se locomover no salão lotado perto das mesas onde a comida está servida. A impressão muito clara é de que colocaram o dobro (ou mais!) da capacidade do local. Aliás o "restaurante" é uma adaptação mal feita de uma sala de reuniões pequena. Se você gostar de algo, sirva logo, porque não se repõe adequadamente. As atendentes do grill que deveriam fazer algo bem quentinho na hora são muito mal humoradas, e preferem sugerir que optemos pelo que já está pronto. O aspecto das mesas é deprimente. Em resumo: experiência de alimentação péssima, exceto por algumas sobremesas muito saborosas. Os ônibus estão sempre lotados e demoram pra chegar. A nota final é no máximo 6, por causa do tamanho do quarto e da cortesia da recepção
