"It looked clean, but when I wiped a spot on the tile floor with a paper towel I could see from the wet paper towel it had not been cleaned in a while. On a Friday night there were some very loud guests, a bunch of family members gathering with little ones screeching and screaming outside in the common area until 10:50pm. Breakfast they didn’t restock often enough and if you only had 10 minutes you had to take whatever was left. We probably won’t stay there again. Sadly it fell short of what we were hoping all around. A positive, the bed was good when it was quiet outside to sleep."

"This is the best hotel ever, I call it my home away from home, the staff is absolutely amazing and sooo friendly, they have always treated myself and my family as if they have known us their whole lives, when im in Alb I always choose to stay here due to the fact its so clean, they have security and again staff is excellent Thank you QurQue for everything 😀 "

"Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was working and the wait times were long. The planning was not accordingly due to all the people that booked that weekend we were there. Your property was not prepared! "

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was far below expectations—there were visible food stains on both the ceiling and the walls, which was honestly shocking. It made the entire space feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. For a hotel, basic cleanliness should be a priority, and this was a major letdown. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."
