Perfect location. We arrived by car and rolled luggage downhill to the cross street (narrow alleyway.) From there just a brief uphill to property. Had a view of the square and the sea. Very close to train tunnel and restaurants/shops. Office staff were very helpful. Offers resident pass for anytime travel either direction on Via Dell'Amore. Discounted CT card.

My favorite town in Cinque Terre, Manarola. Small, quaint, good place to swim, simple. The hotel is right above the village plaza. The host is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this property. Would stay here in a heartbeat again. Loris went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She even adjusted her lunch hour to be there when we arrived. Our room was clean very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

This was by far the best property we stayed in during our trip. The dome room was gorgeous. The property has been tastefully updated and decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Stunning views of colorful properties and the sea. A short walk from the Manarola train station. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing welcome from a lovely member of staff (felt like nothing was too much trouble). It was off season for our visit so not much open in around the village but there was enough to meet our needs. Room was clean and comfortable and we slept to the sound of the tree frogs that were in full (almost deafening at times) voice. Would happily stay again.

We stayed in the cave room and that was really cool and had a great view from the room. Was off season so it was nice and quiet. Only things to consider is that to access the room involves a descent down a very narrow spiral staircase. Additionally outside our room is a common area shared by other rooms, however there were no other guests using the common room it stayed very quiet. Only complaint we had was there was a guest above us with a Belgian Malinois dog who would randomly bark throughout the night and would wake us up……I don’t think dogs should be allowed but that’s just me.

This place is fantastic , very well located and easy to access all of the village. The room is well furnished and comfortable. However the best part is Loris , she is very helpful and enthusiastic and goes the extra way to help . The cruise , if available is very good too

We loved the property. The cave room was gorgeous and Loris at the front desk was so helpful! Highly recommend this property for its location and its service. The shared deck over the plaza was a surprise and quickly became our afternoon hang out while the crowds were the most dense.
