"Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Close to Coliseum and Trastevere. Hotel staff, especially the folks in the lobby, were ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and sooo helpful, always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely. Our best meal of the trip was at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which we had decided for our last meal in Rome. Fabulous view, excellent service, and fantastic food/cocktails. Great shower, cold AC, and comfortable bedding too! Would give 6 stars if we could."

"Impeccable apartment - quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was responsive and incredibly helpful when needed.
Great location tucked away by the Roman forum. We were surprised by an incredible concert at basilica Santa Maria in Ara Coeli on our first morning in Rome. The basilica is minutes away from the apartment.
We relied on the staff's recommendations for dinner and gelato places - and ended up visiting Otaleg in Trastevere every evening for gelato!

"Front desk tried to overcharge us for hotel parking: restaurant asked us to clear off our dinner table because they had to get ready for breakfast the next day: there are no vents in the bathroom in the rooms so the whole bathroom floors were always wet; the front desk staff were not interested in solving problems only kept repeating unhelpful statements: the only advantage was there was a concourse from the hotel directly into the airport."
