"Neither Expedia nor The Hotel Du Bois make it clear in any way that this is an unmanned “Hostel” It is not a hotel in the way most people would understand. The room was ok, breakfast fine, but the lack of transparency on the status unacceptable. And for what you get it is actually expensive. I would not recommend it"

"The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the on-site restaurant was not only convenient but offered great food and our room was so very comfortable! We stayed during the terrible heat wave that hit Europe and the hotel had installed individual air conditioning units that kept us cool and comfortable on days that were 105 degrees! The beds are great and we had everything to make our stay enjoyable."

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

"Die Fotos sehen etwas anders aus als die Realität. Es ist alles insgesamt in einem ok Zustand. Das Zimmer war recht klein und die Ausstattung sehr Standard und etwas alt. Das Personal dafür sehr freundlich."

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer und Personal, man fühlte sich wohl und willkommen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gemütlich, der Biergarten phänomenal und die Küche inkl. Frühstück sehr lecker. Einzig der Außenbereich um das Hotel herum könnte etwas mehr Zuwendung gebrauchen, was aber zum Teil auch den noch laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet sein kann.
