"Very basic room, but resort was very nice. The staff was the best and so helpful with restaurant suggestions and where to ride bikes, etc. Bikes were a plus and a great place to ride! We were short on time and didn’t get to take advantage of everything that was offered. Breakfast was exceptional!"

"We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite plain compared to the rest of the property, with rather firm beds, but the rest of the hotel more than made up for it."

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the entire property is. The setting and location are unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy convenience while still feeling like a serene getaway. A huge highlight of our stay was the food—every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor! We found ourselves looking forward to dining here every bit as much as exploring the area. The pool area is another incredible feature: immaculately kept, wonderfully relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the ambiance. "Location was perfect, in the heart of the Old Town and 2 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a friendly smile, no matter how busy they were. We had room service everyday. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of food to select. An absolute highlight of our morning. The room was quite small, but enough space for suitcases and backpacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for any couples going to Riva del Garda."

"Nice hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Lake as well as lots of restaurants and retail outlets. Room was very good. Comfortable bed. Good en-suite shower. Pool was nice. Parking very good in underground garage. Breakfast was pretty good too. Bar on property was reasonably priced with the usual Italian beers. Also did some food. Overall very nice stay. Thank you."

"Great staff, very welcoming and attentive, they answer any concerns. Room and bathroom very clean. Room with safe and fridge. The breakfast was great, with fresh, hot and healthy options. Coffee was good and fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. Property in front of a bus stop, so we went to city center, to Arco and visit Trento. We also used the restaurant and has good service and good food. "
