There is a Double Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room, beautiful leather furnishings and a 51" flat screen TV. French doors lead out to a private screened porch.

You can cook in the full size kitchen or take a short golf cart ride to the onsite dining options. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, ground coffee, microwave, toaster, stove and all cookware and dinging ware. There is NO oven or dishwasher in this property. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar. This cottage is private, comfy and cozy!

This unit has its own private parking space! A GREAT LOCATION, walk to all amenities! There is fun for everyone!
