"Room was clean and property overall was nice, our AC was malfunctioning or maybe just not keeping up, and when we alerted hotel staff (maybe because of who they use for prepares) they told us maintenance was gone for the weekend and there wasnt much they could do other than move us to a new room. We ended up toughing it out, but wasnt the most comfortable nights sleep I've ever had. Other than that though, the stay was good. 4 stars"

The rooms were cleaned everyday as if you were a new guest and at time they came to clean and had not left out for the day they would comeback if you requested 👍I would differently advise family and Friends to stay at this hotel"

"The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that clearly I would not have booked here. Had I known that I ended up spending 60 extra dollars for nothing. The room was nice but because of the bad experience, I will never come here again and what airport hotel doesn’t have a rotational shuttle????"

"Our stay here was excellent, clean, comfortable atmosphere and courteous staff. In particular, Alicia greeted us at check-in with the most welcoming and friendly hospitality we have ever received, anywhere!! She remained very polite and helpful throughout our stay, even praying with us for a friend who was in an accident while we were out of town! I hope management recognizes what a treasure she is to their establishment!!!"

"I booked a breakfast included stay. All I ate was a tub of yoghurt and was charged $20+ on my credit card. I have disputed this with the hotel directly and was told they didn’t know what the extra charge was but have not refunded the charge. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR IMPROPER CHARGES FROM THIS HOTEL."
