"Check in was quick and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the basic continental breakfast with warm and cold choices. We happened to be there during graduation time, so it was really busy. The lobby and dining area were nice and up to date, but we felt like the rooms could use a little TLC in the updating or remodeling department. Bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom showed water damage along the floor and walls. For some reason we had to have our key re keyed twice because they would not work. Location is great. Many great restaurants and activities close by. Overall, the stay was great, just felt like the price was a little high for what we paid for, but that could have been because it was in high demand due to graduation."

"The condition of room was terrible bed mattress was horrible probably has never been updated since the hotel was built door lock felt unsafe it so outdated bed sheet pillows were not comfortable at all I booked a room with no adjacent door to a next room and was put in a room that had an adjacent door to another room staff would not change me to another room my two day stay I felt uncomfortable the whole time"

"I should have gotten a clue when another couple was leaving when we arrived. This building is old and dirty. It was obvious that there were a lot of “band-aid” fixes. All the doors were dirty. Windows were dirty, pool was not usable and neither was the jacuzzi. There wasn’t an elevator so we had to climb stairs that were dirty. None of the ice makers worked. The carpet in our room had stains on it. The blow dryer didn’t work. There was no breakfast yet it said there was. The outside doors were broken so anyone could have gotten into the building. I would not recommend staying here."

"Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234."

"The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel."

"This is the place to stay near BYU in Provo. It is clean, modern and efficient. Breakfast is fantastic, and it's within easy drive or long walk to campus. Highly recommend!"
