We came to this location after having an unacceptable experience at a different hotel. The property is clean, and I did not see foot traffic going through the property. We stayed two nights here, I would use this location again.

Everything is very nice here. Our room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Only here for one night. Plenty of local restaraunts close by.

The Staff was more than nice, they were very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. No problems. The only complaint that I have is that I chose this motel based on the picture that I saw and the room was not like that at all. The room was clean and tidi but the bed was lopsided and too soft and the room was not what the pic told.

Not sure if this is the best area of Riverside; lots of homeless and obvious serious drug use in the area. All the nearby eating establishments are fast food type restaurants. The room was poorly furnished, no kleenex for example and the lighting was not comfortable. The room had two beds, one was awful so I obviously used the better, which was adequate.
