Our spacious home near Downtown Riverside was recently renovated and is now ready for you to enjoy! The home is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood and is only a 15-min drive to Downtown Riverside. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, game room, and BBQ. This home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 16 guests.

NOTE** The pool and spa are currently not heated .

Welcome to our contemporary home haven! We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, a Roku 4K TV, and keyless entry. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer. The game room features a pool table and foosball table for your enjoyment. Lastly, our backyard allows you to enjoy the Southern California sunshine with a pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Please note that the pool is a cold water pool and does not heat. Also, the spa simply runs bubbles and is not a hot tub.

The driveway in front of the garage provides parking for 3 vehicles and more parking is available on the street. We will allow a maximum of 4 vehicles at our property at any given time to avoid issues with the neighbors.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
