The open-floor plan creates an uninterrupted line of sight from living room to kitchen, fostering both conversation and contemplation. The seating arrangement offers ample capacity for group discussions or quiet reading. A Roku Smart TV is provided for instructional documentaries, classic cinema, or your favorite lectures streamed via guest mode.
Dining Area – The Seminar Table
A six-seat dining table serves as the central forum for shared meals, collaboration, and late-night debates over dessert. Spacious, sturdy, and conducive to group discourse.
Kitchen – The Research Laboratory
Fully stocked and optimized for culinary experimentation, the kitchen includes:
A coffee station with Keurig, drip coffee maker, decaf/regular options, tea bags, kettle, and toaster
A selection of coffee and tea flavors, suitable for early-morning theorizing
Chef-grade knives, glasses, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, and baking essentials
Ample storage for extended stays
A brand-new oven, gas stove, and refrigerator/freezer

Master Bedroom – The Professor’s Quarters
Furnished with a queen memory-foam bed, both firm and soft pillows, and fresh sheets with a duvet. A writing desk and modern academic-inspired art create the ideal environment for research, journaling, or quiet analysis. Iron and ironing board included.
Master Bathroom – The Hygiene Annex
A walk-in shower and a full suite of toiletries—towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap—are provided. A blow dryer is also available for convenience.
Second Bedroom – The Scholar’s Room
Equipped with a queen memory-foam bed, firm and soft pillows, fresh linens, and a dedicated desk for study or remote work.
Third Bedroom – The Graduate Suite
Designed with a full memory-foam bed, a study desk, flexible pillow options, and fresh bedding, ideal for focused productivity or restful sleep.
Second Bathroom – The Auxiliary Washroom
Includes a bathtub and is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a blow dryer.
Laundry Room – The Utility Wing
Washer and dryer available for guest use, with detergent provided. A broom and vacuum are also on hand for maintenance during extended stays.
