"We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Hotel De Capuleti! We were welcomed by the friendly receptionist that offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. Our room was available early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling for several hours. The room was clean, updated and had a nice view out the small balcony. The room also had a small refrigerator which was nice with cold drink. The water was commentary if you signed up to be a member of Best Western. Breakfast had a great selection...

Lovely area with so many great options around to wine and dine. Perfect location for Verona city center stay and 20 mins from wineries. Very loud when balcony doors are open. I don’t know if the music is every night or just for Vinitaly period. Look out for shaky lamps and table vibrations. If your lucky it’s music you love...

"The property was in a prime location, steps from Piazza Erbe. The staff was increasingly, friendly and eager to help. Felt warm and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Loved the balcony overlooking the Piazza. Nothing negative to say, incredible hotel, beautiful location can’t wait to visit again!"

"Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again.
