Best spot in West End

Vivaro has to be the best location in all West End. The house is beautiful and spacious and only a five minute walk to beautiful West End and all the great restaurants and bars. The private pool overlooking the ocean and every night the most beautiful sun sets. The owners and their staff are amazing. We love this place and will be coming back.

Wonderful location

Beautiful location right on the water. We were able to walk into town to the dive shops, restaurants, local grocery stores. The house is just as amazing in person as it looks in the photos. Beautiful breezes kept the house cool and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms if you want it at night. The house is appointed with everything you could need to cook. The staff is friendly and quickly respond to any requests. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing house/location

We stayed in this property for 5 nights. The check-in/out process was seamless. The property was amazingly clean. the location is an easy walk to West End restaurants & shops. We cooked many meals in the house and it had all the kitchen appliances needed. They could use an upgraded coffee pot - that would be my only suggestion. While it is not a beach out front, we were able to get in the water to snorkel and it was the best snorkeling we did on the island. We will definitely be back and would rent this exact property again!.

4th stay at Vivaro and still AMAZING!

This was our 4th time staying at Vivaro. The entire trip was fantastic as usual. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had everything we needed while we were there and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Matt, the house manager will set up any excursion/dinner you would like and has lots of suggestions for things to do on the island. He responds immediately to any messages and if he can't answer your question right away, he will figure it out and get back to you ASAP. Roatan continues to be one of our favorite places to visit and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We will definitely be back for a 5th trip.

Great house in an excellent location

We had a group of eight at the Vivaro north house in late June. The house was great and easily accommodated our large group. Everyone greatly enjoyed the large infinity pool as well as the large open outdoor area. The kitchen was very well equipped both in terms of appliances and cookware. We walked into town more than once every day and it was an easy trek to many restaurants, our dive shop, groceries and interesting shops. Because some of our party had been at the house before we didn’t need much help from Matt but it’s clear that he was readily available to help solve any issues or give us guidance on where to go. Overall it was an excellent location and place to spend our week in Roatan.

Perfect home away from home

Vivaro West End North House was the perfect location to call home. The location is an easy walk to west end where there are great restaurants, dive shops, sandy beach and lots of activities! Vivaro is on a peaceful street with beautiful ocean views. The home itself is beautiful and very comfortable! We loved the layout, high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, large accordion windows and well appointed kitchen. We were able to regulate the temperature of the rooms quickly if we needed the ac, ceiling fans or fresh ocean air. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Matt, had wonderful suggestions on activities and restaurants and was an incredible host! Vivaro and all the staff who maintain the property are exceptional and were there to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable from the time we got off the plane until we left a week later. It is also a very safe location to be. Highly suggest staying here, we'll be back!

Another Amazing Week at Vivaro

This was our 5th time to Roatan, our 5th time staying at Vivaro, and it has yet to disappoint. The house is still in immaculate condition and the staff is top notch. If you are looking for a place that is close to everything but private and spacious, this is the place. The set up of the house is perfect for a couple families with kids. There is enough indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed, the pool is perfect for relaxing, or for a fun game of beach ball volleyball. If you have any questions, or need anything at all, Matt, the house manager, is extremely responsive and knows the island inside and out. He's very helpful and attentive. The driver, Marty, also responds quicky and is usually available to take you anywhere you want to go, when you need. The cleaning and pool staff are also amazing and seem to get the job done without you even knowing they are there. Tanya is fabulous when booking the house and is a wealth of information. She ensures you are well prepared before you ever arrive. As usual, the trip was amazing, and we cannot wait to go back again.

Amazing House & Location

I just got back from a week staying at this house and it was amazing! Beautiful home, beautiful views and gracious team to keep the house going. I have been traveling and staying at many different homes in different countries and none of them have ever followed up as much as this team did before and during our stay. The bedrooms are large, bathroom and shower is very large and clean. The walk into the West End was flat and quick to get a around and didn't have to pay for a cab each time we wanted to go eat or shopping. Matt the house manager was fabulous, Marty the driver was amazing, and the cleaning crew did a wonderful job. I was a little worried about the North and South house being so close together but you could barely hear the group that stayed next to us and they were a fun group. The only slight inconvenience is the house only came with 1 hairdryer. Luckily me and my friend were on opposite days of washing our hair so it wasn't a problem for us but could be if there are more than 2 people using it. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Vivaro Roatan West End North House!

Our stay at Vivaro Roatan West End North House was nothing short of amazing! The home itself was immaculate — spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Being right on the water with such stunning views was a dream, and the private pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing after days of exploring. Every evening, we were treated to the most breathtaking sunsets right from the house — truly unforgettable! The location couldn't have been better — a short, easy walk into town with all the shops, restaurants, and activities of West End close by, yet still peaceful and private. One of our favorite simple pleasures was watching the cruise ships leave every afternoon, knowing we were lucky enough to have much more time to soak in everything this beautiful island has to offer. The service we received was exceptional. The entire staff was fantastic — always kind, responsive, and helpful. A special thanks to Matt, the house manager, who went above and beyond before and during our trip, providing excellent recommendations and making everything feel effortless. The owners were also wonderful — attentive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure our trip was perfect from booking through the end of our vacation. If you love good coffee, Bean Crazy is a nice spot, think Starbucks, but Cafe De Palo truly blew us away. It’s an amazing little café with fantastic coffee, a full breakfast menu, and a warm, welcoming vibe that made it our favorite place to start the day. Roatán itself is an absolute gem — beautiful, welcoming, and very safe. We can’t wait to return to this island paradise, and Vivaro will be our first choice every time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

Week in Paradise

The house and the entire term were exceptional. Their system is very detailed and dialed in which made everything run smoothly. Matt was there to check us in and give us instructions on the home. We were able to get quick responses and/or assistance anytime we reach out. And lastly, the house and the view are AMAZING. Sitting in the pool at sunset was the highlight of each day. Would definitely return!

Great Location and House

We (3 couples) stayed at the north end house for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the house and its proximity to everything. The host, Matt, was very responsive and helpful. It was a fun and easy stay. I would recommend asking about additional charges before you confirm the reservation. We were surprised by a $1000 increase in cost when we informed them we had 6 people instead of 4. It was stated on their website but is not typical for vacation home rentals so something I would check out before booking. We would stay here again.

Luxury family Trip

The Vivaro West End home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation away. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need for your stay. We loved the open living room that fed into the outdoor living area with infinity pool. And the views! Get ready to see amazing sunsets! We will be back. The house is conveniently located right next to an adorable day spa and just a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the house manager Matt. He was accessible and truly amazing to work with. Matt helped us get set-up with a driver upon arrival and made everything simple. Our driver Marty was friendly and very welcoming as well. You will not be disappointed!!! Everything was beautiful and relaxing.

Amazing Week

Wow! Everything was wonderful and stress free from the booking to the ride to the airport. This week was nothing short of amazing. The house was more than what was expected. The ride from the airport to the house was arranged. This was very helpful and much appreciated. We stopped to the grocery store on the way to the house and Marty was great at giving us a rundown of the island. Matt the property manager greeted us at the house and walked us through the entire house explaining everything in the house. Matt was available for any questions through text or phone for the duration of our trip. We hired Ms. Blackie to cook for us two of the nights which was amazing. I would definitely recommend having her cook on the last night. The coconut shrimp is amazing! Everything about this house has a purpose to make a great trip. We loved the way it was set up with two king suites and a kids room. It was wonderful for two families to share. The pool was amazing after a long day at the beach. And the view was just breathtaking! We can’t wait to go back. This trip was everything! Thank you for making this vacation on to remember.

5 Star Stay in Roatan!

I can't say enough about this house!! Our family of 4 plus two friends stayed at Vivaro Roatan North House July 2019 and had the best vacation! The house was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures ... modern, open, clean, spacious! The back porch with the private pool was the perfect way to end each day ... enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Matt welcomed us as we drove up the first day and was available for assistance the entire trip. Even though we were walking distance to town, we rented mopeds the first day and drove them around town the entire trip. Our teenagers loved that! We did scuba diving, fishing, visited the sloth and monkey farm, ziplining, and exploring the town. We drove to West Bay for the 4th of July and enjoyed the fireworks and live music on the beach. West Bay is more of a resort area, which was nice, but our kids enjoyed West End better because it was more of a little town with more night life. The locals are so friendly. Our kids snorkeled right behind the house (which I was nervous about because the boats cross back and forth very close to the house) and saw plenty of fish and turtles. Blackie cooked us a wonderful lobster and fish dinner at the house one night and we had plenty of left overs for lunch the next day. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone! Thank you Tanya and Matt for helping make our family vacation one to remember!!
