"Room was fine- expected a little more “boutique” vibe but it was pretty basic. Pros: The AC did get cold in the room, so that was a huge plus- though it must’ve been out in the hallways because the halls were hot and stuffy on our floor. The location was perfect; quick, easy walk to the river. Cons: TV sound was not working properly- not that I’m there to watch TV - I just like to watch it before I go to sleep. The sound kept going out and then would start blasting after no sound for a good 5-10 minutes (not touching remote- it was on the night stand). That was a little shocking when I was starting to doze off. Ha! We’d just come from another boutique hotel in a different city that had a cool vibe, so I guess I was expecting similar. Overall, I’d stay again for the location- I just enjoy when places have a bit of character (especially when it’s a boutique hotel) and it was a little lacking in that department."

"I really enjoyed the location of the hotel - it was close to where I needed to be. The staff was really nice, both day and night staff. The breakfast crew were really friendly and nice. The ONLY reasons I didn’t do 5 stars in every area was because my room did have a heavy order to it and when I arrived it wasn’t 100% clean. There was a sticky substance on the dresser where the remote was, and it freaked me out when I went to grab the remote. I used the only face towel in the bathroom to wipe that off and to hold the remote for the rest of my stay. Outside of that, the bed was very comfortable, the water was hot, and again every staff member I interacted with was very nice and polite."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious with plenty of beds, and every mattress was memory foam, making them incredibly comfortable. There were more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone, which was a nice touch.We also enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer. The kids had a blast swimming at the boat launch and spent hours playing pool, foosball, and ping pong. There was something for everyone to enjoy, and it made for a fun and relaxing family getaway. We would definitely stay here again!"
