Run of the House
Casino Inn has suffered a loss of business, so you might have the place to yourself. The Casino Inn offers a decent breakfast, but the pool wasn't open in mid June 2025.
Staff is very attentive and hard-working.

I was told there's a pool. The pool doesn't work. The man at the counter was nice enough but very hard to understand. I made the reservation for myself and husband. We're just about to get into bed and the counter guy knocks at the door wanting to see my husband's ID saying he didn't have a reservation after already seeing our ID and getting us all checked in. Then my husband had to get dressed go back out to the lobby and talk on the phone to the counter guys boss and explain he's my husband. We both have the same last name so I'm really not sure what the issue was. Not the best place but the bed seems comfy.
I honestly think this should be an extended stay because people are living there and there was trash all in the back dumpster there was no breakfast like advertised. I was giving another room other than the one I booked and required to pay a $50 deposit. I was able to swim but then someone came out and told me that the pool closed at 8:00 but online I think it said either 9 or 10 so it was just weird and I was like the only person in the pool.
It was no TV service door locks was broken terrible smelling sheets and pillow cases I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the breakfast was horrible the man that put it out had the same Dusty clothes he had on night before and he just threw something up there never want to experience it again
Terrible experience- would never stay there again. Had to ring a bell and wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to show up. He spoke almost no English, tried to charge me more for the room. Got to the room - it said we were to be in a romantic room ,overlooking the pool - nope - all we could see was an overflowing dumpster in the back parking lot. A/C ran all night but did not cool the room down.
Very very dissatisfied
I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options each morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
The room was okay. The one man working was nice enough. Everything else was not good. I think they advertise a buffet breakfast but it’s not. I wouldn’t even classify it as continental. Definitely would not stay there again.
⭐️ 1/5 — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Our room was clean at first glance, but overall the stay was extremely disappointing. The strong combination of carpet freshener, cigarette smoke, and weed smoke made the room smell worse rather than better. Before checking in, Kevin from the front desk called my fiancé to confirm our arrival and even allowed him to choose between available rooms. Unfortunately, the room he selected still had ashes on the floor and carpeting that clearly needed cleaning.
When we arrived, we noticed mattresses, refrigerators, old beds, and other items from inside the hotel sitting in the lobby and parking lot. We questioned Kevin about it because family members who frequently stay in Mississippi had warned us about bed bugs. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, Kevin was extremely rude. Parking was another major issue. When booking, we specifically asked whether semi-truck parking was available and were told there was. There was NOT adequate semi-truck parking available.
The room itself had multiple problems: the television screen was blurred, there were water stains throughout the bathroom, the towels were dirty, and we encountered at least FOUR flies inside the room. We understand that things can happen, but the combination of poor cleanliness, questionable conditions, inadequate parking, and rude customer service made this stay unacceptable. Based on our experience, we DO NOT recommend Casino Inn & Suites. Save yourself the frustration
