"This property shows it’s wear. It is located on a busy street and outside noise is very prevalent when trying to sleep. Staff was less than enthusiastic about assisting but did so begrudgingly when we requested clean towels after not receiving maid service. Will not stay here again."

"If you like beautifully landscaped pathways through gardens full of succulents. This courtyard will not disappoint. The rooms were equally beautifully designed. Comfortable bed, spacious quarter, walk in shower, stocked with everything you need, except a microwave. But there's a great restaurant nearby. This was a beautiful place that we will visit again."

"We had a little problem with room service. I ordered a turkey club sandwich, but it came without the turkey. My husband ordered a Cesar salad, which was excellent, but it came without any dressing. I asked for Italian dressing for the salad, twice by phone, no salad dressing ever came. The turkey club was quickly replaced with a sandwich with turkey, which was excellent"

"The resort amenities are great with the available swimming pool and an exercise area with new equipment. The restaurant had outdoor tables and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The menu was the usual resort offerings. The mattress was slightly old and tended to sag on my side although it seemed fine on the other side."

"There was no cold water in my room the showers were scalding hot the toilet water was hot the staff were really good people the complimentary breakfast was delicious if you can get past the small issues like no cold water transits hanging around the property and bugs in the room it might be all right"

"I am surprised at all the glowing reviews. This property would be fine for a couple or a small family with a young child. It is not adequate for more than 2 adults, definitely not suitable for 4 people, and absolutely unworkable for 5 as advertised. The host was responsive but ultimately the property was just a mismatch for our needs.The main bedroom is decent, with an adequately comfortable bed that bows a bit in the center. The AC cools it off nicely even with the door closed. The second bedroom's bed is not very comfortable. The mattress is thin and sits on a basic metal frame, no foundation. It is ok for one person who does not weigh very much, but not for a grown adult or a couple. That room also immediately gets very hot if the door is closed, and because the place is so small it must be kept closed for any privacy. Our adult daughter attempted to take refuge on the pullout couch, but the mattress was dirty and no sheets were provided. She ended up sleeping in the dorm with her sibling.The small yard is private enough, with 5' block walls, but the furniture is dirty and coming apart, making it a not very pleasant place to spend any time. The property itself holds just the bare bones. The expectation is clearly that people will use it to sleep and shower, and spend most of their time elsewhere. That was our expectation, but I think at 3 adults, we were just too many people for the space. If you are a larger party than a couple, I advise you to keep looking."
