I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times because my parents live nearby, but the front desk staff have consistently shown poor customer service. The associates were unprofessional, unwelcoming, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. While the location is convenient, customer service is a major part of the experience, and this is an area that needs serious improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Overall a decent stay - the room was clean and very spacious. There is lots of space for luggage and spreading out comfortably. There were only 3 pillow on the bed and we asked for a fourth - we were told there is one in the room, but it was yellow and definitely not appealing. The lobby and hallways smelled of weed on Friday and Saturday. It wasn't just a slight smell, it was strong and constant for both days. The breakfast was OK, but nothing great. The bottle of syrup was covered in syrup - I asked a lady working the breakfast if she had a wet cloth to clean it and she said she would get to it when she could. She wasn't outright rude, but she definitely didn't care. Both mornings the hot water for tea was not hot enough to make a tea. When we asked for hot water, they did replace it fairly quickly, but we felt like we were bothering them. The feel of the hotel is like there are a bunch of fairly decent people working there, but nobody really in charge of quality or customer service and nobody that really cares about providing a good experience.

Pretty good except..

The pool was clean which was very important to us. The rest of the hotel was well maintained and in good order. Always smelled clean and fresh. The staff did not let us know anything when we checked in. We had to figure out the hotel on our own and go searching for hours on certain amenities. The room was clean, the curtain was broken so the light came in while we were trying to sleep. The pillows were way too soft, we woke up a little sore from the lack of support

A fun one night stay

The staff member who checked us in was kind and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as expected. The hotel was quiet. My husband and son enjoyed the pool.
