I love staying here because it’s attached to Mayo. I can run back to my room between appointments if needed. Parking is convenient, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

The staff was good and helpful! However, there were a couple of disappointments bathroom in my room was tiny, and the water pressure in the shower was weak, could barely get rinsed off. Valet parking at the hotel's parking ramp is pricey. Cheaper parking nearby but takes a short walk.

We have to visit the Mayo frequently and this was the first time staying at this hotel. The room was a bit small but served our needs. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect location for the Mayo clinic appointment with the ability to park the car in the ramp and walk to everything we needed. Connected to the subway system, many restaurants and shops in the area.

There were cob websites in our room but after a long day and long walk to the room, we were too tired to carry all our things back down to the desk to ask for another. The bathrooms are a bit weird and very cramped but for a one night stay, it did the job. Tim at the front desk was nice and gave us a late check out.
