The staff at the front desk were beyond friendly, very accommodating to room requests and use of the dining room for our family to gather as we were in town to attend my cousin's funeral. Our room was clean, the breakfast wonderful, and the hotel is in a great location!

Amazing staff, help with shuttle scheduling, free cookies & bottle water, very helpful and cheerful..Shuttle service gets the gold star. Drivers so helpful, safe driving and so pleasant and free but I do tip for such a hassle free parking option. Several places to eat within waking distance, little grocery store. Had to ask many times for towels changing and room cleaning. Besides that, everything was perfect. The staffs were wonderful, and the breakfast was good with lot of choices and variety.

Loved the hotel—clean and modern, friendly service. Free shuttle service (offer a tip, please) to/from the Mayo Clinic is a GREAT amenity… Hot breakfast is always appreciated… Comfortable bed with lots of pillows… Free water and cookies upon arrival…
