"Beautiful resort and waterpark; prices are decent, no complimentary breakfast and I certainly believe for breakfast per person is overpriced - everything has a price on it. Customer service great, front staff kind and helpful. Rooms mildly stocked with towels and washcloths but considering full groups use these resort rooms maybe could do better with either more including toilet paper. Room thermostat was wacky (we booked 3 rooms- we all had same issue) the thermostat would not keep a steady...

"When I checked in staff member wasnt very greetable, He was like ok. Then stated my reservation was for 2 queen beds, I said no I chose a King bed room onlone. Then handed me a paper to sign and I heard him say somethings and the last part was was card and card reader said unexpected $125 charge. I assumed in case of damages. Then handed me the keys. I was like ok which way am I going, never been here before. Not a outgoing person. Other then that the room was great and bed was comfortable. "

Hight notes, beautifully decorated building, beautifal landscape. Fire pits for nighttime comfort. All in all loved every bit of it!!"

"Bradstan was great BUT it could have been more self-contained. Their restaurant was closed for the night we arrived. They could have (better) signage for the lake and the trail around the lake. We had trouble with our cellular connections, which may not be their fault but was part of our experience. The bed was great. The shower, and the bathroom in total, was fabulous. The surrounding area, I would have been happier to not to have to have seen it."

"This is a wonderful historic hotel (Washington sleep here when it was an inn), that has been fully renovated. The rooms are lovely. The hotel restaurant is excellent (modern italian cuisine). The staff is friendly and accommodating."
