"There was no one at the hotel when I arrived. I had to call someone who directed me to pick up a key off the front desk. I had requested a room with a view. What I got was room 103, first floor with a view of the parking lot. The toilet was not functional, the room was dismal at best. There was no one to ask for help. I was the only person on property, which was also very disconcerting. The following morning someone had set out an envelop for me for a different room, presumably an upgrade, but I was scheduled to check out that morning... so that was weird. Again, no one on property except the breakfast attendant. I explained my dilemma to her. She tried to reach a manager or other hotel staff and was also not able to reach anyone. I would never ever recommend this place. I would have felt safer at the Bates Motel. "

"The place was clean and beautiful. A perfect modern mountain lodge feel. The kitchen was well appointed with all the utensils and appliances. Beds were comfy and it felt like home. We will definitely be back! "
