"Most staff couldn’t speak any English. Two items still listed online ,laundry and bicycles,I needed and was refused. Not so good for the average tourist ,English speaking and without a car ,but that’s why it’s not on the beaten path!"

"Excellent apartment unit in pristine condition Everything you need including fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle etc. I was visiting with my 2 young kids as a single mom and they loved it. It's similar to a haven caravan type offer. Only things I'd improve was if beds were made for arrival and some bits were missing from the play area zone such as table tennis pads and balls so you couldn't use the equipment. However my kids loved the play area, swings and there was a permanent bouncy castle too. Swimming pool was an awesome addition just inside the Ibis hotel. We went at 8am and had it to ourselves for nearly an hour. I'd definitely stay here again for a prolonged period of time. It just requires to go prepared IE.same as Havens in the UK you need to take washing up equipment, soap, dishwasher tablets etc. obvs if this is a surprise on arrival it's annoying to go out and buy. But the listing does tell you everything you need to know. You also get supplied with a dishcloth and 1 dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, which did us for our overnight stay. Overall, excellent accommodation especially with children. We will definitely return if in the area. Also loved going for a short walk to the local cemetery which has war graves and is nice and peaceful. Only other issue we had was I couldn't get through on the provided number to contact help. But I think that's because I don't know how to dial when abroad!"

"We have no complaints about the hotel. When we arrived, there was a problem with the room system, but it was fixed very quickly. The only downside was the noise from other guests in the corridor during the night, as there were loud conversations and doors being slammed. Other than that, everything about the hotel was great."

"Check in process was not smooth at all. No code were given ahead of time to enter the property. Luckily came across a staff member who helped and explained how check in process works. Also no parking info was given prior to arrival and made things difficult. Staff were lovely and helpful but unreachable when needed. Despite all this I would stay again. Id probably use their own website to get the needed info. Hotels.com provided no or wrong codes. The property is very nice, great for families, beach near by as also towns for restaurants or shopping"

"The staff was very helpful when we had a minor challenge with one of the rooms. Room and bathroom was very clean. Location is super! And still quiet even though right across the road from the train station."

"Our stay was great. We checked In late and the key collection was very well communicated. Our only gripe was that when we checked in at 10pm that we had lots of ants crawling through the room which our kids hated. As it was so late there wasn’t anything we could do but kill the ants ourselves. Everything else was great"
