It was very clean and no problems with any of the amenities, and friendly staff. The shower has excellent hot water and had controllable room temp. Very cozy, quiet space and it was near Pinnacle Hills shopping and nearby restaurants. Perfect for our anniversary trip :)

Such a fun place to stay. The view of beaver Lake is beautiful. The grounds offer swimming, hiking, firepits, and bike trails. Downtown Rogers is about a 10 minute drive and the town is adorable and has MANY good restaurants and eateries. Fun and walkable.

Arka is such a great place to stay. It's clean and comfortable. The views are nice and it's an easy self check in and out process. Glad i found it for my work trip and ended up staying there 9 different weeks.

This property is very close to Beaver Lake and has a great view. It had a nice pool and parking right outside your door. It's an older location that's been totally remodeled and even boasts remote controlled AC. Very close to restaurants and many different Marina's and shops. My hats off to whoever picked out the updated room fixtures and décor.

We had a nice stay at ARKA Motel. We were disappointed the pool was not yet open, but our accommodations were great! Beautiful view of Beaver Lake from our deck! Bathroom fan could be quieter, & our bed was a bit squeaky, management was willing to fix, but we were fine w/ them just knowing about, so they could address after our stay. They also sent us, via text, some of their favorite spots to check out!

This is a great place to stay. Over looks the lake and very quite. The staff is nothing but amazing and was able to answer any questions with a very quick response even though they were not on sight due to some construction. Don't let the outside intimidate you to stay as they are remodeling and its beautiful. Will definatly return if i come back for Bike Fest or even vacation. I would give it a 10++++ star if i could.

Bathroom was very small. . . .no Kleenex. Good coffee! Knowing the story behind the sale and rehab of the motel. . .it is nice to see this type of accomodations so close to the lake and one of our favorite dining places. There is still room for upgrades and I am sure that will come along with the success of the property. Yes we will stay there again. . . and we only live 15 miles away!! PS the bed was GREAT!

We LOVED our stay at Arka Motel! It is so new that it’s grand opening is a few weeks away! Easy contact-free check-in that worked flawlessly; great advice from our hosts via texts with enough super places to eat that would have allowed a week of great choices; beautiful totally new renovations made with taste, calm, class and hospitality, great AC, kitchenette, gorgeous bathroom, wonderful kingsize bed with lush bedding and fun snacks of all kinds! We loved the stay and will come back!! It is a very pretty area of the country. Lots of hikes, lakes and waterfalls. Boating and kayaking if all levels. Fun! We met a couple and they were relocating to the area because of the beauty and climate. Sounds like a good idea! Yes! Stay at Arka Motel! A great choice!!

Great simple room. My only critiques would be that the towels were very small and the sound proofing between the rooms could beat little better. That being said, I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone

This place has been flipped a few years ago with new owners and its flip was filmed on 2 episodes of HGTV. Its past reputation is clearly the past for those that remember back then. You are making a mistake not staying here!

Lovely Place and Lovely Setting

This is a little hidden gem of a place to stay! Very, very clean, decor was great, very quiet location, an easy drive to hiking trails or points of interest. Check in and out was easy (contactless), and texts/emails were answered almost immediately. Beautiful setting among trees with a little walking path behind the hotel, parking right in front of your room.

Newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to park right outside the room. Host is very responsive. Nice location if you want to be close to Beaver Lake and short drive to restaurants and coffe shop.
