The Perch on Beaver Lake

  • This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home has stunning views of Beaver Lake from the picture windows and beautiful full deck patio. Open style kitchen, living, and dining make entertaining a breeze. Master has ensuite and a queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has twin/full size bunk beds and an additional full size bed, fireplace. Sun room enclosed patio has desk and bistro table. Full size washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, grill on back patio, furnished back patio with lots of seating. Boats may be launched at Prairie Creek Marina or Hwy 12 bridge (both minutes from property). No boats allowed on slip per Corps of Engineers.
