"No plates ,pots or pans."

"Could have been a one off situation but our room was infested with ants (climbing all across the floor boards, up the wall and into the AC unit). Not to mention the second floor hallway smelt like straight mildew and I made that comment walking to our room while knowing something was fishy. Not a good location, thought it was a decent hotel because of the hotel reviews. However that was wildly inaccurate. Made sure they refunded me and the front office was unaware of the hotels refund policies. After getting the manager on the phone at the front desk (because they were not on duty) it was figured out. Didn’t even put my things down in the room. Saw the ants and walked right out."

"Basic hotel, nice for a night or two"

"The room was very old and run down. Smelled like mold, water damage in the bathroom. The doors were covered in dirt. Key card kept not working and had to get it reset multiple times. Was not told that the slide to the pool wouldn’t be open until 5. That was a disappointment. "

"The room was filthy - my feet were black from walking on carpet & there was dog food left along the walls. Tiny soap bar & nothing else. No parking area for large trucks. Will never go to this one again!"

"When we checked in, we were not provided information regards to checkout time, WiFi access, parking, breakfast, and no physical key card. Your front desk male needs additional training."

"We enjoyed staying at this hotel for one night, the bed was just right, bathroom was okay I have no complaints I don’t have a comment for breakfast we miss it "
