"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"They do not accept american express, they do not change us dollars for Euros, they have a sataircase and an elevator for luggage that is uncomfortable and cumbersome, the rooms smell to humidity ."

"I stayed for a second time in the hotel, the room assigned was better that the one of the first stay. Great treatment by staff team. They care by bags for a few days woth no extra cost."

"Dorms 4 U was a great place to stay, very clean and well set up, very helpful staff, Amar welcomed us at check in and was very kind and helpful with information. The Dorm was on the edge of town but easy to travel in and out of city by taxi, at reasonable price. Apartment was super clean, lovely restful space with nice modern decor, we felt safe there. Amar helped us arrange Wilhelm to transfer us to station for an early train departure, much appreciated."
