We fly home from Rome once or twice a year and it’s always a headache! The taxi ride is too long to Trevi and the hotels are impossible to stay with tons of luggage!! This hotel was fabulous and the location perfect! 10 minutes from the airport!! Upon our arrival, they greeted us stored our luggage because we had four large bags we went to the room. Fiorella was wonderful sending us detailed directions including photos. We met her at check in and she is so kind and helpful!!! The property was conveniently located to the Port of Civitivecchia. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was immaculate. Everything in the room worked and again, Fiorella was so welcoming and helpful! We would recommend without hesitation!

This hotel was absolutely amazing, they have 24hr check in, a shuttle to the airport for 10€ per person, a breakfast bar, and the friendliest staff that speak both Italian and English! I would recommend this hotel to anyone the rooms are beyond stunning as well!!

We were totally delighted with our stay—everything was perfect. But the best part was the warmth and care that the mother and son give to their guests. They arranged our pickup from Rome Airport and when we arrived the son was there to greet us and carry our bags, show us the guesthouse and our room that had a balcony overlooking the promenade and sea. The location is very near the ship terminal but at our request he arranged for a taxi for us to go to our ship. We will definitely stay there...

The room and common areas were very clean. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Frederica made the entire stay wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. She even prepared a special breakfast for my husband who doesn’t eat any sugar

Alex, Marco, & their children were extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, providing help in figuring out transportation to the sites we wanted to see, having amazing breakfasts, assisting us in ordering dinner in, & just making our stay fantastic! We loved the big balcony & spacious room with all the really nice amenities! We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend it!

The couple were great and I recommend them fully. Very nice and clean place and their attention to detail was second to none. The husband picked us up at the airport and was ver informative about the area especially Ostia Antica. He recommended a great restaurant La Brace Dei Matti, excellent food and atmosphere. All around great 5 star experience and I’m looking forward to stay there again.

It is not possible to have a cleaner room than this one. There are beautiful marble floors, pristine and modern bathroom, and table and fridge with varied beverages and snacks included in the price. Francesco is also an excellent host, explaining everything in detail and patiently answering any questions. If I am ever in Civitavecchia again, this will be my abode of choice!

This is an excellent property. The house keeper are extremely nice and courteous. The only feedback I have is that the manager could have given us better instructions of how to get to the property before our arrival . Other than that, everything is excellent

This place is spotless. They treat you as part of the family. Everything was perfect. Location was great. They help with arranging taxis.

We spent the night here to catch our cruise the next day. It’s just down the block from the Civitavecchia train stop. It’s about a 10minutes walk to catch the free shuttle to the port. Please don’t judge the outside of the place because it is beautiful inside! The host is very responsive too. I would definitely come back again!

This hotel Is perfect for taking a cruise. It is a 2 minute walk to the cruise port entrance. Luca greeted us when we checked in and arranged dinner reservations and was there to say goodbye in the morning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. A/C works great! Highly recommend staying here.

This B&B was very modern and clean. Beautiful bathroom and good sized shower. The host, Milena spoke good English and was very helpful arranging transportation to the cruise port. Pre-arrival communication was through WhatsApp and very detailed. The place far exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at some of the more common older hotels in the past but this place is a winner and I will return.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—just a five-minute walk to a beautiful beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and everything else we needed just minutes away on foot. Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building has an elevator, which was especially convenient with luggage. What a delightful surprising property and the owner was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The unit was really comfortable, super clean, well decorated, and very spacious. Breakfast was great with nice choices. The owner even came the next morning and gave us a ride to the cruise terminal which was above and beyond what we expected and greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!
