Best hotel stuff ever. Delicious breakfasts delivered directly to room, wonderful location just 10 away walk from Vatican City. Only advice is to avoid room next to hotel entrance, it causes some noise when people came back on night to their rooms.

Because I arrived at 10PM I had to phone for them to open the door and 15 minutes later an elderly man came to the door and let me in. After showing me the room and getting my breakfast order for tea and toast i saw no other hotel staff except for cleaner, for the next three days. Wifi did not work. Breakfast was dry crackers not toast! Safe was broken. Room smelt of something but there was no one to tell. I had friends staying in another room but there was no way to access their room as there were doors locked in between and i had no key. Room looked nothing like pictures on website! I had a courier pickup for departure that was supposed to meet me in hotel lobby but as there as no lobby, no way for someone on the street to contact a guest i waited out on the footpath to be picked up. Not happy.

La estancia estuvo increíble, el personal de recepción muy amable y atentos, te dan recomendaciones para visitar y dónde comer. La ubicación súper bien, muy cerca del vaticano y de una estación del metro, muy recomendable.

Soggiorno nella media, senza infamia e lode. La stanza è piccolina, ma la struttura è super comoda a due passi dalla metro Ottaviano. Il bagno non era pulitissimo, ma hanno provveduto a sistemare. Il prezzo pagato per il tipo di struttura mi sembra folle, ma rispetto alla media romana in linea e quasi economico.

Innocenzio the receptionist was AMAZING. So kind and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for the Metro and the bus. Its walking distance to the Vatican museums and st. Peters square. The metro and bus are eaat to use to ger to the tourist destinations. The breakfast each morning was a hit for my party of 3. Amongst the favorites were the cappuccinos, pistachio croissant, and berries yogurt.

Die Lage verdient 5*, das Zimmer ist klein aber ausreichend. Was nicht so schön war, durch die Lage zur Straße hin, ist es die ganze Nacht sehr laut mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ebenso mit der Klimaanlage. Außerdem war die Matratze steinhart. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Der Service durch die Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Great location

Great location for visiting Rome. It is a block from the metro and 5 mins from the Vatican. The staff are great and we enjoyed the free breakfast every day.

Very nice staff, provided us the breakfast during the night as we needed to leave very early in the morning (I didnt get his name, it was a guy with a glasses). The hotel was also close to the attractions. The room is lovely. We booked the one with the balcony.

Loved getting breakfast in our room each morning and the coffee was awesome. Being close to the Vatican was also a good location. And the best feature was the Metro Station right outside the building. Thank you for all the guidance.

Mooi verblijf dichtbij metrostation. Authentieke ingang en mooi gebouw. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was wel jammer dat onze kamer echt heel klein was, ook de badkamer was krap. Wel hadden we een schattig balkon waar je lekker kon ontbijten. Omdat het hotel geen ontbijtzaal heeft, wordt het ontbijt naar de kamer gebracht op het afgesroken tijdstip. De kamer zag er verder netjes uit. Wij raden dit hotel aan, zal perfect zijn als de kamer ruimer was geweest.

Mereviglioso hotel, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, non c’è la reception 24h ma non serve, la camera è uguale alle foto, comoda, molto pulita, il wifi funziona perfettamente, ottima posizione con la metro a due passi e fermate dell’autobus vicinissime. La colazione molto buona... consigliatissimo!

A wonderful surprise in Rome

From the moment we arrived at the front desk and we're welcomed warmly, our experience at 207 Inn was very positive. We were shown to our immaculate, nicely furnished room (that had very comfortable beds) with big windows that looked onto a lively, fun, easily accessible neighbourhood. So often when you see pictures booking online you are disappointed when you arrive, this was not the case - it was even nicer. We enjoyed how easy it was to get everywhere (subway and multiple buses on the corner) the old city is only a 5-10 minute walk, yet wasn't overcrowded like a lot of touristy areas. The best part was the staff from the lady who brought us breakfast each morning with a genuine smile and "Buongiorno" to Innocenzo - front desk/manager - who helped us with everything: directions, suggestions, holding luggage to offering water when we returned hot and sweaty - 207inn is lucky to have him. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

Innocenzo is so kind and accommodating. He has a very excellent customer service! He made sure that we are all comfortable with our stay. He not only provided our needs, he also anticipated. He offers before we even ask for it. Breakfast are awesome! You get to pick what you want to be served. It is an excellent idea to serve the breakfast in your room! We felt like home! Thanks for everything Innocenzo! You truly are a valuable employee!
