It’s very close to Roma Tiburtina station. Convenient Metro that can take you any where you want to go in Rome. It’s no frills room which was very clean and safe.

The property is in a really lovely area of Rome. You can reach several places by foot to eat, buy groceries or go shopping. Even the metro is not far away. The staff is friendly and really helpful during the whole time. There were no problems during the stay. The rooms got cleaned each day. This hotel really deserves the best rating!

This was the perfect room for our last night in Italy. Super clean! The system they have in place upon entry is so efficient. Loredana was on location and checked us in, she was so helpful, super kind and answered all my questions about the public transportation. Emmanuel also made himself available via telephone for any help we might have needed !

Location - Hospitality - all welcoming

I booked this hotel last minute because a different hotel cancelled on us due to how late we would be checking in (plane delays had our arrival to Rome after midnight) - and this hotel was SO accommodating! Thank you - it was after 2:30 a.m. before we arrived and they were so lovely to us. We left before 10:30 a.m. so I feel our stay was short. It's not great or comfortable accommodations but the LOCATION is awesome! While I prefer more luxurious accommodations I give huge points to this hotel on hospitality!

The property was great and close to the subway. There were only a few minor things. Such as it would have been nice meet someone face to face for checking. The water in the shower didn’t drain very well. But it wasn’t too bad.

I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex.

Lovely room in handy location

The room wad lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed, handy fridge and balcony. The location was very convenient for the train, metro and bus station which were all directly opposite. Although, the transport in the city is not up to scratch for a capital city. The remote check-in wasnt great after a long journey. It took a while to find the correct number and my phone settings did not permit international calls, so thst took some time to sort. So we were left standing outside for 15 minutes. This is lazy to me, pay someone to sit on reception at core hours to check your guests in. Great rooms although noisy when you can hear neighbours filling up their jacuzzis at 2am! A few nice restaurants nearby Although noone opens before 7pm. Overall a lovely room in a handy location.

Struttura molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo pernottato nella stanza Luxury e la vasca la rende molto piacevole, un plus non da poco considerando che a Roma si trovano raramente strutture cosi. Check-in effettuato direttamente telefonicamente. Esperienza piacevolissima. Anche se la struttura non si trova al centro c’è comunque la metro che permette di arrivare al Colosseo molto velocemente, quindi la posizione non è un problema anche se un po’ fuori mano. Ringraziamo anche la signora Loredena con cui abbiamo interloquito al check out per la sua gentilezza. Quando torneremo a Roma sicuramente sarà il nostro primo riferimento.

Nous avons reserver 5 nuit et c'était vraiment top la chambre était dans un états irréprochables decorer avec gout et le lit refait chaque jour jen demander pas autant.mention special pour la gentillesse de la petite dame.... Cependant le quartier n'étais pas fameux avec une facade de magasin remplis de bouteille de bières...des alcoolique a nen plus finir le côte pratique on ne peut pas être aussi près d'une bouche de metro ....
