Our room is not the.same on the pocture. The room is too small. Not so much Amenities. Shower area have no non slip mat, over all i.am disappointed on this property. The only good thing about this property is only walkoing distance to the Vaticsn City. And close to everything.

Accueil chaleureux... et c'est tout. Vu le prix, on ne s'attendait pas à exceptionnel mais quand même. Si vous cherchez juste un lit correct, vous l'avez trouvé. Le titre annonce B&B mais n'y comptez pas, les petits-déjeuner ne sont pas compris, il s'agit d'un Bed&Bathroom d'après le réceptionniste (les lois italiennes ne régissant pas ce genre de location, ils font un peu ce qu'ils veulent). Pour le reste, la chambre est tout juste propre, la salle de bain poussiéreuse et sent l'humidité. Les fenêtres sont vieilles et ferment mal. Quand à la kitchenette qui à première vue corrige l'absence de petit-déjeuner, ne vous y trompez pas car si elle n'est pas décrite dans la réservation c'est parce qu'elle est inutilisable ! En avisant une machine à café et une bouilloire, nous avions fait nos courses en conséquence et bien mal nous en a pris : les machines doivent dater de Néron si l'on en croit le centimètre de calcaire qui accroche le fond (et je n'exagère rien). Merci pour l'eau chaude marron et les petits cailloux :) Pas de couverts, pas d'assiette, pas de torchon seulement 2 tasses à café et sans rien pour faire la vaisselle. Il y avait bien là un microonde (qui a sauvé la première partie de notre séjour) mais en plein milieu, il nous a été retiré sans explications et impossible de le récupérer ! Comme solution, ils nous proposent de faire 5 étages pour venir réchauffer nos plats... Ça pourrait être mille fois mieux avec peu de moyens, c'est vraiment dommage.

Great room for the price! Excellent Location!

These rooms are located in a prime location. Less than 2 blocks from the enterance of the Vatican and two blocks from the subway station. We also visited the Coloseum and it was super easy to get there from our room via the subway. Michael checked us in and was super helpful with directions, places to eat and other recommendations. Room was small but clean and suited us just fine. Good room for the money.

Both rooms in our apartment look nothing like the advertise picture. Very clean but very dated. Bathrooms in the apartments were smelly and very noisy. Fantastic location for everything to visit, metro station at the top of the road.if u are looking for a budget,clean room it’s spot on.

Comfortable enough, good location

Central location close to the Vatican and public transit. Restaurants and grocery close and open late. Room functional but not super comfortable (small shower, bed not great) but with AC. Check in a little tricky especially if arriving late. Overall, solid place in Rome.

If you are arriving early in the morning this might not be the place for you. I arrived from the airport at 6.15am luckily someone buzzed me in as it was raining, I then sat on the office step until 8am when the office opened. On the big plus side as my room was empty they let me check in then with out any extra charges. Big Thumbs Up for that.

Location does matter

It's a walking distance to all the places you want to see in the Vatican City and nearby. It's close to the Metro if you want to travel to the City Centre. Reasonably quiet and safe area. Friendly & helpful staff. They can arrange your airport transfers and tours if you ask in advance. Clean towels every day!

Perfekte Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Vatikan und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro Station (obwohl theoretisch alles zu Fuß in der City zu erreichen ist, ist es manchmal schöner seinem Ziel mit der Metro näher kommen zu können) Es gibt diverse Essensmöglichkeiten und Minimarkets in direkter Nähe. Es war sehr sauber und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Einzig negativer Aspekt war die Hellhörigkeit der Räume, was sich jedoch nur auf den Flur (für 3 Zimmer) und die Leitungsgeräusche des Nachbarbads bezieht.

Hervorragende Lage

Sehr nettes Team! Schneller Check in! Das Zimmer bietet alles was man braucht. Der Preis war in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit ist excellent. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Innenstadt ist einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Vatikan ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung auch vorhanden.

Al llegar, amablemente nos informaron que nuestra habitacion estaria a un par de calles de ahi. Pero la habiatacion y la ubicacion nueva estuvo excelente. Tal vez mejor. Recomendable.
