Hotel once inside was clean and a good size, small elevator, some stairs before getting on elevator. Don’t consider this a hotel, no front desk, no lounge, you only communicate through emails or text. No dining room. There is a shared kitchen area. Host responds to messages quickly. Found the word hotel misleading, more a airbnb place if that is where you are looking to stay.

Never stay there :-(

I have traveled to over eighty countries over the World and was never treated as badly as here in Arte nei Colori. I stayed here with my partner for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable but the owner was horrible. She said that we broke the rules when she saw our friend visiting us in the evening. My partner tried to explain but she didn't speak any English. She called the Police. In the middle of the night at 1am eight police men arrived in our room to check if there is somebody extra staying with us. Nobody was there just two of us. We were treated like criminals. They checked our passports and asked more questions. They also spoke to the owner and told her to give us all money back and they suggested us to leave that place in the morning. We agreed. In the morning the owner didn't show up with our money so in that case we stayed here two more nights. The rest of the stay was ok. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Hope all people will find much better accomodation in Rome.

Wonderful Time!

One of the cleanest places Ive ever stayed! I had the room with the tub and it was wonderful! I did a lot of walking so it was nice to have for the nighttime.
