We loved everything about the B&B Easy. It has everything you could wish for. Jacuzzi in the bedroom is lovely, kitchen area with great selection of breakfast goodies and the very helpful owner Maurizio. It was our Honeymoon and the place has a real romantic feel and we couldnt be happier with the stay!

Enjoyed our one night stay in the Easy neighborhood and appreciated the attentive, detailed instructions during check-in, as well as the thoughtful handling of snacks & drinks. It was easy to walk to food in the area, as well as several sights, and then train to the airport. Would be happy to stay again.

Maurizio was very accommodating, gave us directions and kept in touch until we got to the B&B. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom equipped with everything. We spent one day in Rome (not enough) but Maurizio’s recommendations helped us make the most of our stay😊

Titolare meraviglioso, disponibile, gentile. In più è stato l'unico, fino ad adesso, che mi ha fatturato anche la tassa di soggiorno. Ambiente pulito, silenzioso, semplice ma elegante, tutto stupendo. Buona dispensa cibo e bevande.

Eccellente!! Tutto molto pulito, stanza molto comoda e il proprietario, Maurizio, molto disponibile e gentile. La colazione era abbondante è la cucina molto bene sistemata. Il posto è molto bene collegato con i mezzi e in giro ci sono trattorie e una gelateria. Ci tornerò senz'altro!

Bekvämt, praktiskt och fräscht!

Detta var ett extremt bra B&B. Bra service, mycket bra information. Läget är perfekt, några minuters promenad från tågstation samt Metro. Bekvämligheterna i rummet var fantastiska både med extremt bra WiFi samt mobilladdare för olika telefoner. Frukosten som ingick var bättre än förväntat. Ägaren gav bra och tydliga råd och rekomendationer. Vi kommer inte att tveka boka detta igen vid nästa besök i Rom.

Super séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce BB au top de la modernité, dans lequel tout a été pensé; proche du métro et de la gare d’ostiense; restos et commerces au pied de l’immeuble.Maurizio est chaleureux et serviable.Petit déjeuner copieux. Un b mol : cuisine petite pour accueillir les autres cohabitants.

Bra boende med bra faciliteter

Bra boende med allt du behöver, vi bodde i rum med balkong vilket var toppen. Område lite utanför centrum med färre turister vilket var trevligt. Vi fick hjälp och tips av Maurizio och allt fungerade fint. Bra med kök om man vill äta något eget. Annars finns restauranger, cafe, god glass m.m. precis bredvid. Även plus att det finns Netflix om man tröttnat på italiensk tv. Missa inte museet "Centrale Montemartini" som är på gångavstånd!

An extremely unique and comforting home from home. Situated in a fabulous area superb for transport links and some wonderful local restaurants. Room located in a gorgeous old Roman building. Mauricio the host was fabulous and inviting and always willing to be flexible and share his knowledge of the area.

Easier than easy

I took the train to Rome Ostiense station on purpose to stay at this place. I knew it was around the corner from the station, so I avoided having to take a cab. Maurizio was great. Good communication. He uses WhatsApp so We could call or text and I received the photo of the front door and address with good instructions. The place is exceptionally clean with cute IKEA decor in red and white. It’s the most organized place I’ve been in. I was instructed on how to use all the remotes. Every tv remote is different, so that was helpful. They have Netflix. There is a/c, but also openable windows. Traffic dies down at night, so you can open the window. They even provide a razor and face tonic, along with bath gel and shampoo. The kitchen is communal, but they have everything laid out for you by room number. Breakfast of yogurt, fresh fruit, milk and cereal, juices, brioches, crostata, etc. Honor system for a beer, etc. Maurizio was super helpful when I thought I had left my covid test results there. Alas, I found it in a very unlikely place. I’d stay again for sure.
