Little confusing about payment, was located at another property. Good location for bus service, easy and convenient. Breakfast lounge was great. Room was clean.

Overall a decent room cleaned daily and nice area away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds but within easy reach by bus in about 20min. A few nice local restaurants nearby. But not the hotel we were expecting- More of an air bb. three different addresses was confusing - the main 77 is not used at all and we had to phone to say we had arrived. (the entrance is around the Corner) Check in was poor with the check in being a partner hotel who didn’t provide accurate information and then had to drag bags again to third entrance address. Breakfast is technically provided but very basic cereal (3 options) plain yoghurt and not very nice ‘croissants’ /packed ‘toast’ which is the same each day, WiFi was poor kept dropping or failed to connect.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at this convenient location! The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to communicate with the owner Pasquale easily through What's App and would get quick responses. The breakfast corner was amazing, and we had 24 hour access to milk, coffee, tea, and snacks. Pasquale was kind enough to provide some gluten-free items for my wife as well. The location is convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and bus stops. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. The only negative was that the refrigerator in our room did not work. Something to note is that the listing on Hotels.com indicates there is availability for laundry but there is not a washing machine. Also,be aware that city tax is payable at the hotel after you arrive. It is a small fee per person per night, but we didn't get this information until after booking with hotels.com. Overall, we loved our experience at B&B Home 77 and would definitely stay here again!

Property was close to everything and they responded fairly quickly when needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Isadora was also very helpful and such a pleasure to deal with.

Property is out of the way from all attractions but there is an area where you can get buses close by. The shower in our room didnt work it switched from cold to hot every few seconds. The aircon also didnt work which wasnt ideal in 38 degree heat! :( if your looking for somewhere quiet to stay away from the madness the location is ideal but other than that the property is average due to the shower and aircon issues. Also the breakfast is available in the kitchen area but very basic and the food isnt the freshest

O lugar é bem localizado, perto de metrô e ponto de onibus, 30 min de todos os pontos turísticos. O quarto é grande e aconchegante, muito bonito. Eu achei que era café da manhã mesmo, mas na verdade são snacks que eles deixam para comer, fiquei um pouco decepcionada com isso pelo fato que achar que era um café da manhã mais completo. Único ponto negativo e ruim foi a acessibilidade ao local, o elevador deve ser do século passado rsrs quebrou 2 vezes e tivemos que descer com as malas de escada, foi horrível. Talvez deveriam deixar isso claro na descrição da reserva.

Com certeza indico esse hotel! Quarto muito aconchegante, espaçoso e completo, e o melhor, com tudo novo, sem mofo! Bairro tranquilo, com mercado e restaurantes na própria rua, em torno de 2 a 3 km dos principais pontos turísticos. Bem próximo da principal estação de trem de Roma. Funcionários educados e atenciosos, especialmente o sr. Antônio da recepção, que nos orientou e nos ajudou com simpatia e paciência! Porém, a recepção para realizar o check-in é em outro hotel, o que para mim não foi um problema, já que é muito próximo (na mesma calçada) e dá para ir andando tranquilamente. Oferecem café da manhã, lanches e bebidas gratuitos 24h por dia, mas praticamente só tinham alimentos doces (1 bolo, 1 torta e croissant doces), torrada, geleia e manteiga, além de iogurte, cereal, leite, café e suco. Aí como eram os mesmos alimentos todos os dias, passamos a tomar café da manhã em outro local depois do segundo dia de hospedagem.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Porta Pia (2 Min. Fußweg). Apotheke, Supermarkt, Eisladen, Bistro, Restaurants-alles in der direkten Umgebung. Zugang zum Hotel mit Code, den man vorher bekommt. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Unser Appartement war in der 3. Etage ( 3 weitere Zimmer). Klimaanlage, Wasserkocher, 3x0,5l Flaschen Wasser&Snacks im Zimmer vorhanden. Betten okay, Zusatzkissen vorhanden. Keine Bettbezüge, wir mussten die Bettdecken blanko nutzen, die waren leider dreckig&hatten Schweißflecken. Keine Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen-weder im Eingangsbereich noch im Zimmer (außer an einen schmalen Schreibtisch 1 Stuhl). Aber wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer! Frühstücksauswahl jeden Tag gleich: Gebäck, Zwieback, Gelee/Honig, Milch, Cornflakes/Müsli, Joghurt (Becher), Kaffee/Tee (selbst zu machen), Kakaopulver. Es stand Geschirr/Besteck bereit, man sollte ein Tablett nutzen. Das benutzte Geschirr wird auf einem kleinen Beistelltisch abgestellt. Zimmerreinigung angemessen, an einigen etwas schwieriger erreichbaren Stellen und tw. unter dem Bett war noch viel Staub. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Im Bad fehlt es an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Keine Regale (außer eines unter dem Waschbecken) o. Haken für die Handtücher. Fön vorhanden. Für warmes Wasser musste man etwas länger laufen lassen, aber dazu gab es eine Info im Zimmer. Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab und der Druck ließ nach einer Weile nach. Uns hat's nicht weiter gestört. Personal freundlich&hilfsbereit.

Jeg syntes som sådan hottelet var dejligt. Vi fik en rigtig god service ved indtjekning. Dog syntes jeg ikke man kan sige det er inkl. morgenmad - det var bestemt ikke morgenmad som man forstår ved alle andre hoteller man booker gennem hotel.com. Jo der var da noget man kunne spise men vi var nødt til at spise morgenmad ude hver dag selv om det skulle være inkl.

Comodidad y buena ubicación

La comodidad ha sido de 10. Teníamos un servicio 24 horas de café, desayuno, tilas, leche… eso nos ha permitido una mejor estancia y rapidez a la hora de empezar el día. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era bastante cómoda, así como la amplitud de la habitación para moverte sin problema. Además, la comunicación mediante transporte público con las distintas partes de la ciudad es increíble. Cuenta con una parada de autobús a 2 minutos y una de metro a 10. El único problema es que había algo de humedad, todas las mañanas la ventana amanecía llena de agua del frío de la noche, suponemos que por la madera que recubre la ventana. Pero en general la estancia de estos días ha sido maravillosa, ¡repetiría sin duda!

Für Kurzaufenthalt ok

Das B&B befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Wohnhauses (Zahnarztpraxis, weiteres B&B, Wohnungen) in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Einige nette Restaurants sind im der Nähe. Bushaltestelle ca 250 m entfernt. Self check-in, wir haben während der 3 Tage niemanden gesehen. Betten wurden gerichtet, Bad täglich gereinigt. Zimmer war sauber, neuere Einrichtung. Frühstück musste man sich selber machen, war aber sehr karg(zuckersüße Croissants aus der Tüte, süßer Kuchen, Zwieback, Müsli, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Milch, Kaffee, Tee, Saft). Leider kein Obst.Frühstücken konnte man dann auf dem Zimmer oder am Bistrotisch im Flur.

Clean, bright, safe and fabulous!

I have stayed at the property twice now and have already booked in again. I love the location away from the busy hub but in a very safe and residential area still within walking distance to so much. Also located on a bus line so easy access to everywhere. The rooms are extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked, the staff very friendly. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well.

Terribile!!! Sporco e scomodo!

Ambiente sporco, io sono andata perché avevo un piccolo intervento da fare e volevo trattenermi più giorni, sono scappata! Camere fredde, il bidet non ti potevi sedere, la doccia scivolosa e scomoda, un piccione sulla finestra del bagno ci ha tenuto compagnia tutt la notte tenendoci sveglie, pareti sporche e la colazione nn l’abbiamo fatta ... biscotti imbustati, ma il miele era in barattolo ... non ho capito che senso avesse e quale fosse lq sicurezza COVID! Il prioritario disponibile, ma nn é stato abbastanza! La sera prima dell’intervento ho fatto io le pulizie, tutto qua! Le foto nn sono veritiere che pubblicano!

Vidro do banheiro caiu em mim

O quarto era ótimo, todavia o atendimento prestado não foi tão bom. Meus pais são idosos e meu pai tem problema de coração e toma remédios para coagulação do sangue. No começo da estadia a porta do banheiro do chuveiro estava solta e caiu em cima de mim, fazendo e ter varios cortes pelo corpo. Em contato com a recepção eles no primeiro momento perguntaram se eu estava bem, mas após o ocorrido em nenhum momento foram verificar com eu fui evoluindo. Me preocupa que esse vídeo tivesse caído nos meus pais.

Family 5 night stay

The room was a decent size for 2 adults & 2 kids with enough storage for clothes etc for the 5 days we were there. The bathroom was also a good size. The shower was mediocre, temperature and spray strength fluctuated often but it was enough to do the job. The water took ages to drain away which we did complain about but they were unable to fix it. Hairdryer was broken but got replaced the next day. A plug socket on the desk area didn’t work (forgot to mention that to the staff). Kitchen area is very basic. They have hob area but no pans to use on it. No sink to wash/clean up after yourself. Loved that we had constant supply of bottled water,milk and juice and the kids loved the choc chip biscuits. We didn’t really make use of the breakfast as it wasn’t our thing. Cleaner came everyday which we weren’t expecting and she did a good enough job. Cleaner was very friendly even with the language barrier. Hotel receptionist was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. B&B is only a couple of stops by bus from Rome, would recommend getting the 24hour ticket which is €7 and let’s you get on any bus as much as you like, great for seeing more of Rome. Some really nice places to eat around the B&B. Would recommend Ambasciatori which is less then 5 min walk.

The hotel was located in a very safe neighbourhood with many food options. Located about 2-3 stops from Roma Termini, made it very easy for us to get to places or the tourist attractions. They were very flexible with the check in and they do text you beforehand to confirm your flight timing to try to get a room ready before your arrival if possible. Would definitely go there again when in Rome.
